Hey this guy was a perfectionist. I am very meticulous when it comes to whats happening to my home, and at first I was watching closely. Seeing my home right down to the studs, brick and motor, Brian went above and beyond what I would consider a best job. I just know without a doubt that all my windows are sealed as sealed can be but in particular I have 2 bay windows with full skirts and shingled roofs full tear out, and they did such good work. When comparing what I received and my neighbour who did his work last year, my neighbour all of a sudden wasnt too happy with whomever he went with for installer last year. This just reinforces my decision really, but I count my lucky charms. I didnt know this level of perfectionism existed in windows and doors business.

Ultima (through Home Depot) was contracted to replace 3 existing windows with new Farley windows. They were priced very competitively and offered a complete replacemnt of the Window and Frame versus both other companies that provided quotes (including Sears) who were willing to do only retro-replacement (using existing Window frame). Ultima installer came on time and did a very professional job. There was no insulation at all in the frame of my old windows!! Ultima put styrofoam and expandable foam into the frame area to seal up the massive gaps (as wide as the existing moldings). The Windows look and function great and Ultima provided me with new and wider moldings to surround the Farley Windows. Overall, great work and I would highly recommend them.

The job they told me that will take 1 day took 4 days, had to take four days off work just to deal with them, cost me time. Didn't show up on days he said he will be there, came late left early. I even gave them lunch, tips to his workers. One Saturday he was supposed to be here early, but showed up at 6PM. A person in my diner party felt sorry for him working in the dark and cold and made him a cheese tray. Screens were tight, it took the manufacturer 3 weeks to replace them after telling me that is the way they are suopposed to be. He was short an aluminium piece for the front and told me that was for ventilation before they had o come and replace it. They were sent to me by Home Depot, and Home Depot compensated me for the time lost. I never received a call after to see if everything was complete or satisfactory. Over all poor service and workmansip. UPDATE: 2 1/2 years later. Rain started to come inside pouring from the top of the patio door installed. I initiated a claim with Home Depot and the response from them and Jaso (owner of Ultima) responded very quickly. He discovered the original worker (who is no longer with him apparently) didn't finish the door properly at all, no bend in the aluminuium and no caulking at all. Years of water accumulating in the trough caused by this eventually rotted the frame and found it's way into the house. I must say, Jason was very quick, and efficiend, and corrected the problem. Disputing the original review is not valid it's all documented with pictures and time lines. However having dealt with Jason directly, I wouldn't hesitate to call him for more work in the future.

This company replaced a window and a patio door at my house and I was very satisfied overall. The door was a bit higher than the actual opening but they managed to adjust it in no time. The window keeps the room cool in summer and warm in winter as it is filled with Argon gas and has a titanium coating. Initially I ordered the door with no key lock but I changed my mind afterwards and they provided the door with key lock in same price. Very good products and professional installation.
