This September we hired Serge and his team to replace three windows and install news eaverstrough/gutter guards and downspouts. From the first consultation Serge was extremely thorough in assessing the work required as part of the project and very knowledgeable of the options available to choose from. During the project Serge reviewed the work as it was completed and post installation the clean-up was great. We look forward to working with Serge in the future and would highly recommend All County Aluminum to any of our friends and family!

We hired All County Aluminum to replace three windows on the second floor of our house, strip the vinyl siding off of a small kitchen extension, insulate and redo the siding, eaves trough and downspout. The project was started around the estimated time and completed according to the written quote. Serge got the job done in a reasonable time despite some hiccups with weather and being down a crew member on the first day. The work area was cleaned up after every day's work and even my neighbour was impressed. Everything looks great and it's all insulated and caulked nicely (we have an older house so this is a big deal).

We are very happy with Serge and his team. They responded promptly to our inquiry, prepared an easy to understand estimate, came and did a proper site inspection and set our expectations. The final bill was just as quoted. When the work was completed you would never have known they were there, except for the clean install and our shiny new eavestroughs. Serge was able to re-route some downspouts to clean up the look of the house and one that crossed a stairway. We feel much more secure now that the water is draining as it should. Excellent job.

Serge cames through again when we sustained damage from the latest floods resulting in the soffit and eavestrough being torn off the front of our house. He was prompt in his response and was able to have the job done within a few days of starting. He was very helpful in his recommendations and in his assessment also noted that our downpipe were clogged. He cleaned this as well as our other eavestrough on top of the agreed work. Serge always puts the interest of his clients first and guarantees his work 100%. I would highly recommend him (as we continue to go back to him for future jobs!).

I can't say enough about Serge and his team. From our first meeting to the completion of the job, everything was handled so professionally...everything that was promised was delivered, all questions were answered promptly, there were no billing "surprises", the on-site crew (including Serge himself) was fantastic and courteous, and the job site was clean every day (something that we, as parents of young kids, could definitely appreciate). And when it came to the work itself, we've received several unsolicited compliments. Our "eye-sores" have now become a source of pride. And some of our neighbours have asked for Serge's business card. We feel very fortunate to have partnered with All County.

All County Aluminum replaced all our eavestroughs, and disconnected and rerouted a downspout. The workmanship on the entire job was excellent, and Serge Kanev was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Serge was also very helpful in diagnosing and fixing a problem that arose later, something which was not related to the original work done. We would definitely recommend Serge’s work.

I found Serge and All County through Homestars. He was prompt in getting back to me with a written quote on time. He kept me up to day with regards to start times for the project which were all dependant on weather conditions, but I got either an e-mail of call to confirm. The workmanship was awesome, completed on time and on budget, extremely diligent Cleaned up the yard every nite before leaving, very attentive to the client.
