We had wind damage due to Hurricane Sandy that ripped off the aluminum siding from our house. After obtaining a quote from our insurance contractor, we decided to do the work on our own (high deductible). When I asked two different contractors about the job, they promised to send quotes but never did. I found All County Aluminum on Homestars and called Serge about the job. From beginning to end, Serge, was a true professional. Every time he promised to do something, he followed through. He visited our home, photographed the damage, sent me a quote along with a detailed method of payment through Interac e-mail for the deposit. He revisited our home and matched the colour of our soffit and fascia, then sent me an e-mail with a picture of it. He originally told me that he could do the job in 1-2 weeks, depending on the weather. I was concerned about an animal possibly getting into the house because of the missing soffit and asked him if he could prioritize the job. He promised to attempt the job the next day, weather permitting. He sent me a weather report link in an e-mail which showed that it would be cold and windy the next day with snow in the afternoon. To say that Serge is extremely detail-oriented is an understatement. The next day, I pumped gas on my way to work and it was so cold and windy that I expected him to delay the job. Three hours later, he sent me an e-mail indicating that he had finished the repair along with pictures of the job. I was very impressed by his commitment and the quality of the job. I can recommend Serge with great confidence based on the experience that I had. He is a true professional and that is very rare among contractors, based on my experience.

Why would you call anyone else for your windows, copper roof or eve work. I was completely thrilled with Serge's quality and follow up. He showed up when he said he would and the work was performed wonderfully. Don't waste your time getting multiple quotes for your next project...just call Serge.

Serge and his team did a great job of repairing our broken window sill and frame. It was rotten wood on the inside, so he made sure to clear that out, fill the space with the appropriate materials and replace the entire frame with a new one. Thanks!

Very professional, quick to respond when i left message to inquire in Sep, Serge came and he gave us a few color samples to choose from and explained the process to us. my husband and i felt instantly comfortable with him. Serge and his team worked for 2 days in a roll on our house, we were both busy and did not have much chance to follow up, but by the time we came home everything was already done. Our eaves-through was severely clogged and the pool of water that was left around the house naturally was cured with proper drainage after the installation. Serge also suggested to us to remove one of the downspouts ( right in the middle of the house) so that we have a smooth horizontal eaves-through running across the back of the house. Overall, our house had an esthetically updated look with the new color outlining the bottom of the roofline as well as having the downspout running away from the house proportionately from both sides. Serge also reminded us that our roof may need to be replaced soon and on top of that, he also throw in an extra work free of charge by securing our basement window and seal the gaps with foam, so it will be air tight. All in all, it was a very positive, no hassle experience. I would highly recommend Serge and his team !

Serge told us exactly how long we would have to wait before he could do the work. He estimated almost to the day. The guys were great..friendly and efficient. We certainly did not have a cold winter to gauge how the siding worked last winter. However, we certainly had a hot summer. We do not have air conditioning. We close up the house about noon. The house stayed cool all day. We hardly had to turn on the fans. This past December we used MUCH LESS gas than last year. Our bill was a fraction of what it was in 2011. Thank you!

We needed to install new windows on a front porch enclosure. We selected Serge and his team for this job because they seemed very professional and knowledge, while also affordable. We weren't wrong. The team came on time and did an amazing job installing the windows. They were fast, accurate and cleaned after the job was completed. Serge was very friendly and helpful in providing various choices, explaining the difference and following up once the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our choice. Well done!

Serg just finished vinyl siding our garage along with eaves, soffit and fascia and installing soffits and fascia on our house. We could not be happier!
