This job was to replace a segment of the eves-trough that another company had already repaired unsatisfactorily. They were thorough, even touching up the paint on the soffit. Finally the leak that I have lived with for years has stopped. Highly recommended!

I noticed rotted facia on a section of my home and an animal was able to get into the roof. I also had downspout connected into ground and needed it disconnected. There was also a small addition on the back without any trough at all. I called All County and Serge returned my call within a day and came out to inspect the project the next day. He was kind and courteous from the beginning. He took measurements, asked some questions and emailed me a reasonable estimate within a few days. His was the 4th estimate that I received. He wasn't the lowest but what he did have was good reviews on Home Stars. After a recent bad experience with a contractor I decided to stick with a good Home Stars review. Although he was getting busy with jobs, he was able to fit me in within a few days as I wanted to fix the hole quickly. He came and completed the work quickly and very well. His crew was courteous, clean and very respectful of our family, home and property. There was zero debris left on my property when they were gone. The next rain fall, I noticed water dripping behind the replaced eaves in the same spot that the rotted facia used to be. I emailed Serge and he came out that day to inspect. It turned out to be a problem with the membrane not meeting the flashing on my flat roof. He caulked it to help stop leaks and even took pictures for me so I can send them to a roof repair company to get quotes for repair. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quick, quality service.

Serge was very helpful and thorough in detailing what work would be done and with recommendations based on the idiosyncrasies of my property. Due to the nature of my home there were some issues encountered during the actual project, but Serge was able to come up with reasonable solutions. Fortunately, I was not charged more for the extra work. Despite his company's busy schedule, I'm glad that I did not feel rushed during the estimate process nor the scheduled work days. He was very easy to talk to and any time I needed something done he responded with courtesy. A+

Due to the small nature of the work needed (replacing a single, dilapitated window in the garage), a number of the window companies contacted off Home Stars either failed to respond, or declined the job. Serge was willling to come to the home, gave a fair estimate, and carried out the work on schedule. He is highly courteous, professional and couldn't be recommended more highly.

Serge was fantastic to work with and really took the time to explain the process and achieve what we wanted. His teams workmanship was great and our house looks great! Highly recommend!!

Serge and his crew were excellent. Within 2 days of submitting a request via Homestars, we had a quote in hand. When they did the job, they had to be a bit flexible as we had squirrels accustomed to living in the roof (which is part of why we got the siding), and one managed to get itself trapped: they had to leave part of the siding unfinished temporarily to let it out. We are very pleased with their work.

The recent wind storms blew off a section of the aluminum fascia on our Roof. Based on the homestars reviews, I called Serge. He was very easy to work with, gave us a quote and arranged a time for the work to be done. The result looks better than the original at a very fair price for the size of the job.
