Serge and All County Aluminum were just a pleasure to deal with. We had numerous issues with our existing eaves troughs and downspouts and Serge came in and reviewed the whole situation and offered many good ideas and recommendations. We ultimately ripped it all down and Serge and his team did an excellent installation. The work was of very high quality, and it they did it on time, and cleaned everything up as they weren't even there. We have many bad experiences with other home improvement jobs and contractors but these guys were a breath of fresh air. We highly recommend them.

Everything was done on time and professionally. The quote is exactly what I paid even though they found other issues with the exterior of my house. They completed the extra work but did not increase the price of the job. I would highly recommend All County's services.

On the basis of reviews here, I contacted Serge regarding new siding for one side of my house that was split between asphalt shingles and cedar shakes and installation of leaf screens in the gutters. The estimate was outstanding and the representative work that Serge gave me addresses for looked great. The work done was tremendous. The space between my house and the neighbour's on the side to be replaced was quite narrow, yet Serge's crew managed to work in it and cleaned up each day to such an extent that the space has never looked better. It looks like a brand new house on that side. Will use Serge again whenever I need something in the siding/eavestroughing area. Well done!

Serge was professional from start to finish. He explained the products, and very importantly provided dates for next steps - maybe not as soon as I wanted but realistic. And he met every one of them. He quoted prices including HST, giving full price to me, which other vendors typically do not because they want to appear cheaper. We had him replace two old aluminum patio sliders and a kitchen window with nice new vinyl efficient windows. His team did a great job. They were very courteous, did a great install job and complete cleanup. We are thrilled and will look no further for future window/door replacements. Oh and he went an added mile by repairing a small leak in our garage roof, no charge! This was a concern for us, it was difficult to get roofers to respond for a small job. Serge helped us out and it was TRULY appreciated!

I just moved into a 100 year old fixer-upper. The previous owner had a diy plastic gutter system that was leaking all over the place. And the sides of the house had some ancient shingle siding that needed to be covered with aluminum for safety reasons. Serge gave a good quote, but it was more than that. His professionalism showed from our first meeting. The job turned out to be quite difficult, with siding going up two stories in a narrow right of way. And there were numerous little bits and pieces here and there that weren't in the actual quote, And the work had to be done in the middle of the worst heat wave in history. Ten stars are not enough. The quality of the work, in every detail, is outstanding. The care to make my home safe and dry was 100% and then some. The team were great to have on the property, and were professional and considerate at every turn. And they left my yard much cleaner than when they showed up. Hire them. You will be very happy. I am.

Serge is wonderful and a trustworthy. We meant to write a review when he did the job last year but didn't get around to it. He was reasonably priced and very professional from the initial meeting and throughout the job. We had a problem with water running over the guttering and he was the only one who figured out the problem... probably because he was the only one who was willing to climb a ladder and look at it close up instead of from the ground. So recently we found that the water was running over again and I sent Serge an email. He showed up the next day, fixed the problem and told us to contact him if there was any further problems. This is what I call customer service and I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

Serge from All County is the type of contractor you want to work with - he's reliable, honest and thorough. His written quote was precise and he was always available to answer questions. His crew did a great job on my place. I would highly, highly recommend All County Aluminum.
