Serge and his team arrived right on schedule and got to work right away. They interrupted their work only to show me things and explain what they were doing and it was helpful to be kept informed. The crew was polite and totally professional and they worked rapidly. Today it rained and I could see that everything works just as they said it would. One other thing they did had nothing to do with the work but with their service and professionalism. The crew was working in and around my garden and they took incredible care not to damage any of my plants. The way my garden is shaped it would have been very easy for anybody to make a mistake but none were made.

I am very impressed with All County Aluminum. Right from the beginning, Serge Kanev was very responsive. He came to my house the day after I contacted him and provided an estimate quickly. He communicated all steps clearly and provided frequent updates. Serge is very diligent and hard working. He is also honest. He recommended against certain work I was considering, which saved me money. All County Aluminum performed high quality work on my house. I would strongly recommended them.

Serge and All County Aluminum did a great job on replacing the siding on our house and garage back in 2011. Then, a few weeks ago, a different contractor doing some paving work in our laneway accidentally made a hole in the side of our garage. Oh dear. We e-mailed Serge and he was so helpful and accommodating in scheduling the repair for us -- even though this was a smaller project. The repair is complete now and everything looks like new. We would always use All County Aluminum for all our siding and aluminum needs. Serge is a pleasure to deal with and we recommend his company without hesitation.

It was a pleasure working with Serge on getting new storm windows installed to replace our extreamly old ones. Serge was always prompt in communicating with me about what needed to be done, and what the timeline of the project would look like. We had other work to be done on the house at the same time, and Serge was very accommodating about working around those projects. The installation was smooth and the new windows look great. A truck struck my house damaging the eavestrough. Serge of All Aluminum replied to my call immediately and attended right away to give an estimate. His crew showed up on time, did the work beautifully, even fixed a few extra things gratis, though I offered to pay. Serge was a pleasure to deal with. I am completely satisfied with the work and how I was treated. Top marks to a top notch company.

We have hired All County Aluminum twice now. We were so pleased with the siding installed at the front of our house by Serge several years ago, that we hired All County Aluminum again for a major job in installing aluminum soffit and fascia throughout our home and installing a new side screen door. Every aspect of the engagement was performed and completed to the highest standards. The business aspects (quotes, product options, written contract, pricing, timing, client communications) were professionally delivered. From a workmanship perspective, our job was very “fussy” as our house has different levels, several peaked roofs and dormers. We are extremely pleased with the end result as all the pieces are fitted and finished with a crisp, clean look. Serge and Shawn also left our property in immaculate condition when the job was done. We highly recommend All County Aluminum.

We have hired this company to finalize our house refacing project. The task was to install fascia, gutters, spouts and bay window apron after brick facade was refaced with stone and new roof was installed. Serge is very knowledgeable and had a lot of design advice to offer. He suggested addition of gutter leaf guards to our project and we are pretty happy with it. Estimates were provides quickly and were adhered to religiously. In the end, we have not paid a cent more than was quoted. Serge was very patient while we were debating over color options. He was flexible with design of our drainage system and eventually installed two more downspouts than our house originally had. He facilitated pot lights installation concurrently with his teams work. We had no issues with the way aluminum installation interacted with other newly installed components (I'm sure there were some, but we never heard anything about it, everything was handled by Serge). Long story short, we have only positive things to say and would highly recommend this company.

This was one of the most professional jobs we've had done on our 100 yr old house. Not only was the job done quickly, it was supervised throughout by the owner, Serge Kanev. When we had a slight problem shortly after the installation 4 or 5 years ago, he was back in a flash to fix it. His advice recently on a job was also excellent. We have waited to review the work. We wanted to see how the work stood up to winter and assault by tree mess and we have not been disappointed. There is no leakage and the drainage is perfect.

We had water pouring into our bedroom due to old and faulty eaves and Serge kindly provided a quick and temporary solution at no extra charge while his team awaited better weather to properly install an entire new eaves trough system. We are very pleased with the job Serge and his team did. Serge is professional, clear, warm, friendly, gets the job done quickly and with quality. Our new eaves troughs look great.
