Desperately needed new eaves as our old ones weren't on the right slope and would collect water, leaves, keys and various other tree debris on a regular basis. Serge showed up when he said he would, provided a detailed quote (that included leaf guard protection), provided great advice and did exactly what he said he would do. His team did a great job with the installation and managed to do so with very little damage to our garden! A big accomplishment! Thanks very much, Serge for your help. The eaves look amazing!

The finished project was everything we asked for, and more. Serge and his crew were courteous and diligent on the job. Serge is very experienced and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer our questions. The job site was kept very neat and the final clean up was immaculate. Our old house has a new look. Serge did a fabulous job. He communicated very well, was considerate and made intelligent suggestions. We used for some exterior renovations in order to help sell our house. We did thanks to his work at 25% over asking. I would definitely use him again.

We had Serge replace all the eaves and downspouts on our house and install a leaf guard system. He was the only one of the companies we contacted who personally came out to talk over the project in order to provide a quote. When the job was awarded he came back to go over colours and options. They showed up on schedule and finished in a day. They did a great, professional job - everything works perfectly and looks tidy. Serge also followed up weeks later to make sure we had no issues. Professional, very pleasant guy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I had some work done by a supposed reputable contractor a few years back and had to call them back several times to fix leaks. also needed them to reroute gutters because after removing from old weepers the water drained onto my driveway causing a sheet of ice. recieved a quote to reroute but they kept putting me off for months before i got fed up and started looking elsewhere. contacted 4 companys by email or calling directly and got responses from 3 of the 4. one contractor could only make appointments during the middle of day during the week for quote but no weekends. another was kind enough to call to say they were busy but if i was willing to wait they would schedule me in severla weeks. serge sent me an email response by the next day saying he was tied up for the next 10 days but would try to see me asap. he was able to schedule me in on a busy saturday afternoon and was right on time. i explained to him some of the problems i was having and he suggested several options and sent me some quotes for the different options by the monday. we finally settled on what exactly we would have repaired/replaced and we decided to go ahead. we scheduled to have work done with serge and by the time i got home from work that day he was already gone having copmpleted the work. My wife even pointed out another area of existing evestrough that was leaking (that i didnt know of) and serge adjusted and fixed without charging me extra I was happy because this whole process took about a month from initial call to installation and i had to have this work done before winter to avoid water draing on my drivewaty and freezing it up. sege took the time to email me a couple of weeks later to ask if the new evestroughs were working fine i said they were with no leaks anywhere that i was experiencing before and i now have no water running down my drive way and freezing in the cold weather. if that wasnt enough serge sent me a holiday email....just unbelivable customer service in these busy times, and the workmanship to back it up. Its unfortunate i did not find serge initially so i wouldnt have had to do the work twice.....i will not hesitate to call serge first the next time i need anything done....and you should too if you are reading this and need any of the servicees he provides. I was very happy because i was able to get this done before wintr do my driveway wouldnt have freezing water this year

We asked Serge for a quote and when he came over to examine the work to be done he was methodical, and patiently and clearly answered all of our questions and concerns regarding the work to be done. He made several suggestions and recommendations which we found very helpful. Serge got back to us promptly with a quotation clearly broken down into the job's component parts so that it was easy to understand. He gave us an approximate timeline for when he would be able to do the work and, when that time came, he gave us a call beforehand to confirm the date he would be coming to do the work. When they came to do the job, Serge and his associate worked professionally, and efficiently, and left the site very clean when they were finished. Serge went above and beyond in all aspects of his work to make it a professional and neat job. We are very pleased with the work he did for us and have already recommended him to our neighbours who also hired him to do work on their house. We will continue to recommend him in the future because he fulfilled all aspects of what he had promised he would do and showed both expertise and a wonderful dedication in completing the work on our house. Over the course of a winter, my downspout accumulated an amazing amount of ice... and one day it simply tore off the house and took out my fence (thank God it didn't destroy the neighbor's house!). Serge and his guys promptly came to survey the damage, and fixed the downspout on the first warm day... the block of ice still melting on the ground below them. Awesome work for a problem that could have been a lot bigger than it was.
