Very happy with the work. A quality product and very well installed. I can highly recommend this company.

Shutters are of high quality and well installed. We really like the minimal profile with no middle bar. Also appreciate having the open splits adjusted in each room to its function, higher in bedrooms and lower in other rooms. Did a great job working around difficult sliding door opening. And yes, pricing is great. Process took longer than anticipated but what does it these days, but really worth the little longer wait.

I just wanted to follow up on the review below. Immediately after my review, I was contacted by the company. It turns out that one of the owners/managers? had Covid and because the company is very small they were unable to keep up with their emails. This was why I hadn't heard from anyone in several days. They sincerely apologized and I believe they learned from this experience. They booked me for my installation just a few days later and the installation was very quick and efficient Our shutters are beautiful and we just love them! If asked to recommend this company, I would change my original opinion and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful shutters. We ordered our shutters in February before getting new windows to speed up the installation process. We had our new windows installed in August and measured for shutters on August 24th. We were told they would let us know when they were ready. We reached out through email on September 28th to check in, but no one responded. We tried to check in again on October 8th, but still haven't heard from anyone. It is now October 13th and more than two weeks after the first email. It is very unprofessional to not respond to someone for this amount of time. We are okay with waiting, but would like better communication as to when the shutters will be ready.

We had a non-standard door opening (high) that we wanted to be able to close off. A standard door width would also have been problematic due to its location, so I had been looking for bi-folds (ugh). But the biggest problem was that we wanted air flow with the door closed. When I found Canada Custom Shutters, it was the perfect answer. The entire experience with them was easy and professional from initial contact to final installation. Working with the designer was easy, the custom doors were built fairly quickly, and the installation well done (even with our slightly not straight door frame). They are exactly what I had been hoping for, and look great, matching all the other interior doors in the house. I would happily recommend Canada Custom Shutters.

Very professional, very friendly, protected my floors & didn't let the cats out. Came on time, finished on time - pro's. What I really like is 1 of the shutters didn't fit right, the installers (Dwayne/Andrew) told me up front they would come back & fix it. Brad (from the office) called me, scheduled it & it was taken care of - no run around - pro's. If you are looking for GOOD QUALITY Shutters, Pro Installers (Dwayne/Andrew) at a reasonable price - you are in good hands. We were NOT offered anything to write this review. However, my wife LOVES the new shutters which motivated me to share my experience.

This is our second time dealing with Canada Custom Shutters. We originally had California Shutters installed with Canada Custom Shutters in our previous house. We moved and wanted the California Shutters in the new home. After meeting with Mark he convinced us to go with the Ocean View Shutters instead. They maximize the view when closed position and are tilted open. The vertical bar for opening the shutters is not in front, but concealed in back which is a nice feature. Excellent communication, product quality and installation. On time delivery and setup. Highly recommended. Thank you Mark and Brad.

Canada Custom Shutters did an awesome job on my new exterior shutter. The whole team and process was excellent and they were incredibly competitive with their pricing. Would definitely recommend and use again!

CCS had completed our upper floor and then 2 years later our main floor. They are always professional, and amazing. The quality is top notch. We did have some minor modification needed afterwards, but CCS was very helpful and responsive to our requests. We probably dont need any more shutters, but if we did CCS would be our only provider.

Canada Custom Shutters were amazing to work with. From my first call to installation, they were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating throughout my renovation. Finding wooden sliding plantation shutters was outside most searches we did, but this company had everything we required and now my shutters are the envy of the neighbourhood. Only recommendation would be an aluminum track along the bottom instead of wood. So appreciate all the staff at Canada Custom Shutters. Thank you.

Upon looking for a great set of Plantation aka California shutters, I noticed the internet was bombarded with 3rd party companies, and trying to get an instant quote was difficult. I was very pleased to find an actual supplier close to home. It was the best experience from the original quote, measuring to installing. After installation, the shutters looking so amazing I quickly put an order in for more. I would highly recommend this company and have already to several friends.
