After phoning around and getting quotes from a few different companies, I decided to go ahead with Canada Custom Shutters for my exterior shutter project as based on my research, they seemed to provide the highest quality shutters and great customer service. I had read reviews and reviewed their photo galleries and was blown away by how gorgeous their previous projects had turned out. I was not disappointed. The entire process was seamless and everyone from the team I encountered was extremely polite and professional. Excellent customer service. and of course, my wood shutters turned our GORGEOUS! What an amazing experience from start to finish in obtaining the blinds for our home. From the time I placed our first call to Nick coming out to measure and quote to the delivery and installation we are 100% satisfied. It took approx 4 weeks for delivery and they blinds look spectacular. The view from the windows at the side of our house where blinds were installed was not the nicest. With the placement of the blinds and how they are divided up I can shut out the part I don't want to look at while seeing having the sunlight come into the room. Just a bit more controlled. Canada Custom Shutters was recommended to me by a family member and because of that, it was the only company I even considered contacting about shutters for my home. Brad, Nick, and our installer were all a pleasure to deal with. They were so friendly, and our shutters were installed in no time. The price was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the product. We love the look and quality, and are pleased that they were able to design them just the way we wanted. Shutters are the only window coverings we would ever consider in a future home after having these and Canada Custom Shutters is the only company I would call.

I contacted Canada Custom Shutters about a month ago to arrange for a tension adjustment on my current shutters (which I purchased 12 years ago from a local company that is no longer in business.) The referral actually came from the former owner of that company so I was hopeful that my repair would be facilitated by experts in the field. My call to Canada Custom Shutters to book an appointment for a repair was answered immediately and the process for completion was explained. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and informative. They also followed all COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety of myself and employees. On the day of my appointment, the staff member arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. I am happy to say that my shutters are fixed and that the repairs made will be long- lasting. I would definitely recommend this company for anything to do with shutters.
