Canada Custom Shutters initially was of interest as a local company but what sealed the deal for us was the level of quality of the product and warranty. The team was incredibly professional, friendly and clearly articulated the quality of their product. We were impressed by the detailed quote and ability to customize. In terms of timelines this was our most successful home update. Canada Custom Shutters provided a clear timeline and delivered upon it. We felt confident in the product and team delivering. The shutters feel like they were always here. It is such a clean, classic look, we love the soft airy lighting in our house that they provide. We are so pleased with the decision to put throughout the house as we don’t feel another product would offer the same quality or level of customization.

Guys were honest efficient, and very competitively priced. They delivered a quality product as quoted and installation went smoothly. Our new shutters look great and will for s long time. Will use them again.

The silhouette window shade in my condo living room window was over 20 years old and was in need of repair or replacement. I was looking for an alternative window treatment that would be easier to keep clean and would last a long time. My aunt had recommended wood shutters, as she has had hers for decades and they still look brand new. I did some research, got a few quotes and decided to go with Canada Custom Shutters. They offered a reasonable quote, the shutters were made by a local business and with natural, safe and long-lasting materials and were able to have them made and delivered before the time frame they gave me with the original quote we’d agreed upon after the final measurements had been taken. I’m so happy with the shutters and know I made the right choice! I can’t believe the difference they make in my living room. Every time I look over to the window, I noticed what an enormous improvement they’ve made to the look of the whole room. It was the best investment I’ve made this year. The whole process was seamless. I had a lot of questions that were all answered by their knowledgeable staff. We have done our main floor shutters with them 2 years ago. And because of the shutters quality we decided to do the upstairs level with them too this year. Mark is so professional at taking the measurements, it never went wrong. Then Brad took care of the quote and follow up. Finally, Jim came for installation . You can feel how they are all professional and dedicated. My house looks awesome after installing the shutters , which are made of high quality solid wood . Can’t thank you enough!

We've done quite a bit of research for shutter installation, however no one came close to the professionalism and the knowledge of shutters like the estimator Nick and the owner Mark. Both individuals are so knowledgeable able to answer our questions and Mark was so kind to also invite us to the shop and educate us on how they manufacture the blinds. Other reasons include their lifetime guarantee on their product and they also check in after installation to ensure you are satisfied. A big thank you to Jim the installer. He made the job look so easy and was so neat and clean!! Definitely worth the money!! I will be boasting about this company. Thanks again to Nick, Mark and Jim!!!

Did a lot of research for shutter types and vendors before installing shutters in my home. Chose Canada Custom wooden shutters for a few reasons: 1. They manufacture their own shutters 2. Shutters are quality engineered wood 3. Lifetime warranty on parts and labour 4. Exceptional and honest sales service from Nick They were not the cheapest but the it is worth the additional cost to go with them. Donovan the installer did a fantastic job. He made the installation look so easy especially with the bay window. Additionally Nick did perfect measurements so no adjustments were needed. It looks much better than I expected and adds value to the home. Thank you for the great service from start to finish. All the neighbours are commenting on how beautiful the shutters look.

We were looking for quality wooden louvered doors for our front hall closet and laundry room. We try and buy locally, so we liked the fact that Canada Custom Shutters was an Ontario company. It was quick and easy to get our order in, and we were thrilled when the doors arrived. They are exactly what we were looking for...beautiful wooden doors with solid construction and hardware. We’ve just installed them (still installing the trim) as you can see in pic. We highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a brand new home and wanted to buy shutters for our windows. The professional knowledge and expertise of Nick was extremely important to our decision. He knew exactly what we were looking for and clearly had the industry knowledge and experience that we could trust. He spoke to us over the phone using FaceTime on our very first introductory meeting and was clearly prepared.
