The journey began with Canada Custom Shutters with a simple search about 5 years ago. I was looking to get shutters installed in my condo and I was very impressed with Nick in my first consultation and decided to go with them based on reading previous reviews and the passion they have for the business they are in. I took full consideration of the fact that I could have gone with anyone but I choose them due to their honest approach and straight forward quotes. Nick did an excellent job having me understand all of my options in front of me as choosing shutters can be a complicated ordeal if the wrong material is chosen. It could lead to headaches down the road. My shutters were completed on time as promised and installed professionally by Jim. The shutters looked just simply amazing. I have received many compliments on my shutters and they have definitely increased my property value. I sold my condo based on the fact the party on the other side fell in love with the shutters which closed the deal for me. Thank you Canada Custom Shutters for an amazing experience. They have built a great reputation in the market and I have built a great relationship with them and have been going back to them ever since because they are by far the best California Shutter company I have dealt with. My family and I are completely satisfied with the professional work done by installing shutters on our kitchen windows. We had people coming to our house for Christmas and complimented our shutters. We were looking to replace some hinges on our 15 year old California shutters when we discovered that Canada Custom Shutters was totally familiar with the shutters we had and offered a refurbishing service at a reasonable price. Everyone we dealt with there was wonderful, from the initial contact to the customer coordinators to the installer who picked up our shutters and the installer who reinstalled them. We had a couple of slats with slight damage which were repaired so well that I can't find them now. They were even able to match the new paint colour on our trim, so the shutters and trim now match and look as good or better than they did when they were brand new. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would happily use them again.
