Patrick and his guys were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job replacing our old skylights. They arrived just when they said they would and completed their work quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and cleaned everything up really well. I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone for all their skylight needs!

We hired Patrick Snow Construction to install a brand new skylight above the stairs on the second floor of our home as well as replace 2 older vinyl skylights in our sunroom. The workmanship was superb, it is obvious they know what they are doing and that's what you want when you are dealing with skylights because you don't want ANY problems. Very clean and tidy and very professional the entire time. They even found some venting in our ceiling that was causing some mildew buildup but no mold (previous contractors taking some shortcuts) and they vented them properly, only charging us for the parts and not for the labor since they were already up there. All materials used were of high quality and they didn't take any shortcuts which I was keeping a keen eye on. The job took a little longer than they originally anticipated because there was a bit more structural work given the joists in the roof that had to be moved and supported properly but again, this was all done with no additional cost considerations as we had originally agreed. Very pleased with the work. It's been about 4 months now since the work was completed and I've been meaning to write this review for some time. HIghly recommend Snow's Construction to anyone considering a new skylight or a replacement skylight. Price was fair and the workmanship top notch. I would definitely use Snow Construction for any future work without hesitation and probably will use them for one more skylight replacement and possible sky tunnel in the near future. I'm attaching some photos... these honestly don't do it any justice as the natural lighting coming in now to an area that was VERY dark is incredible. Please note we also had 6 potlights installed as well, again, very pleased with the work... an easy 10/10.

Patrick was in touch right away on my request for sun tunnels. We were very happy with the wonderful job his workers and himself did! The light the tunnels bring into our house is amazing. I keep thinking we've left the lights on! The workers were efficient in their work and cleanup, very polite and had great sense of humor even working in those terrible hot temps! The word is getting out, 3 neighbours have sun tunnels and I'm sure many more will want them when they see how wonderful they look. No big changes to the roof line either. Great Job!

We recently had three new Velux skylights installed in our old house. Typically I find it difficult to negotiate a price, have the work done properly, and on time, etc, etc. Patrick at Snow's construction was an exception . This process could not have been easier. Very professional work , completed on time, and done properly, and with warranty too. The guys cleaned up everything when they were done and took all the garbage ( including boxes etc. with them.) I wish that I had a contact like this for all my home repair needs. I wanted to write this review to help others find someone they can rely on. Graham Gavine Toronto

Pat Snow replaced our eleven (11) ~25 year old Velux skylights in our kitchen area with the current generation of Velux Energy+ fixed skylights. The 3 days of work was performed over a 6 day period without incident, despite having halt the work due to 3 days of heavy rain. Pat and his crew were very courteous, punctual, took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions, and even took care of a few odds and ends that were not part of our contract. Pat called twice during the rainy days to ensure that there were no leaks, and they customer support was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Pat and his crew, in fact I already have recommended them to my sister. Well done Pat et al, and thank you for the quality workmanship :)

There are a lot of contractors out there that can talk the talk and promise the world...this is one that walks the walk to back up the talk. I was very impressed with how they made me feel at ease with what they were about to do...and then follow through on that commitment with flying colors. And yes, I would highly recommend them to my mother.

Snow's construction installed 3 skylights in our kitchen area. They have the knowledge and experience to complete a great job. It took several days to finish but was well worth the time and money. I love the light, the job opened up my home and truly gave it a more open feeling. Thank You A++ Job!

They have a professional and honest working relationship with the client, they went out of the way to explain all of the information I would need, as well as gave me suggestions on different angles to give the job more flare.
