    Amazing customer service

    From the first telephone call to this business, I knew I had the right people. I just had a consultation with Aleck about a raccoon situation. His investigation was thorough and his assessment was both reassuring and professional, I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.

    Wildlife Professionals

    AAA Wildlife Control removed a squirrel and 3 babies from my attic in a very humane and compassionate way. Dan, the Supervisor, was extremely professional, very caring, humorous and went above and beyond my expectations. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend AAA, as I found their customer service to be absolutely exceptional.

    Wildlife eviction

    It was necessary to locate the mother raccoon and her babies in the attic crawlspace below the roof. Then 2 holes were made in the roof and the babies removed. The mother was lured out of the hole, and her young were placed in a heated box so that she could find them and move them to a new location. The holes were then sealed up with a water proof mesh, and are ready to be repaired. Randy did a wonderful job dealing with the raccoon family in a professional and humane manner!

    Home on inspection for rodents

    The technician came and did a full assessment of our home, and presented his recommendations in a clearly written report. He returned for follow-up the next day to complete the job. He was friendly and presentable and we would definitely recommend his work to others in our community.

    raccoon in attic

    I was hearing noises in the attic then saw a raccoon climbing up onto the roof. The noises in the attic were quite loud, it sounded like a big cat running around up there. They were very fast, responded the same day and were actually at my home within a few hours of speaking on the phone. They did not use traps. They fully inspected the roof and attic, and showed us how the raccoon was getting in and the evidence in the attic. They looked for a nest of babies but said there were none so that was good news. They sealed up three spots where it might get in, and put a one-way "door" made out of wire mesh on the bigger hole where the raccoon had bent up a soffit. Then they sprayed something that the animals don't like (not a poison, just a smell that deters them) and left that alone overnight to make sure they were all out. The next day they repaired the hole. So far so good! Also they were very polite and didn't make a mess in the house when going into the attic. Very appreciated!

    skunk removal

    We had discovered that a skunk or maybe more than one skunk was spending time under or garden shed. When ever I let the dogs out at night before bed the skunk was running across the yard under the shed. It was only a matter of time before someone got sprayed. I called AAA wildlife control and they quickly had Dan come out and explain the process. He was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient getting the job done. Now letting the dogs out has not been a problem. Thanks Janice

As soon as those skunks learn that there is no more easy access to protective shelter, they are much more probable to avoid confrontation with your dog.     Rat nest & babies in wall

    I heard scratching in the wall on and off for 2 nights, then heard scratching & screaming for 2 nights. Called AAA on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and they were at my door an hour later. Shah was our technician, and he was so lovely. Very responsible and respectful of our home. He made sure that every measure was taken to eradicate the issue, and secure the building. Very impressed with the thorough investigation and professional service.

    Pest Control

    Outstanding.Service - This was the third pest control company I called, the first two came, did a 15 minute check, charged just under 200 and never saw them again, despite me calling a number of times. AAA Wildlife Control - amazing service, very professional. They called me within an hour of my phoning them. The gentleman came, gave me a brief explanation of exactly what they would do and how long inspection would take (2 hours). The previous two companies I called took all of 15 minutes and said there was no problem and charged for inspection. AAA Wildlife, this gentleman was very thorough, both inside the house and outside. Explained what the issues were and how it would be tackled. All in all, EXCELLENT service, punctual, very professional, and work was neat, tidy, professionally done. He had all his equipment with him in the truck, unlike the others, knew what he was doing, FIXED the problem. did not rush through his work, was very thorough. Highly, highly recommend this company if you have ANY pest control problems.

    Best Service

    I cannot begin to explain how impressed I was by the customer service provided by my Shah and Danielle at the office. Danielle was very pleasant and helpful and got the technician out within hours of my call. Shah, the technician was very informative and honestly just a pleasure to communicate with. He explained the situation and informed of other optional services which could be completed by the company. Never did he push this on me as I explained financial I was only in a position to afford the problem at hand. FYI....i had squirrels in the soffet of my house. The mother had given birth to 8 babies. Shah rectified the problem within an hour and didn't harm the animals at all. Plus he and a colleague followed on consecutive days afterward. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH!!
