    Squirrel removal

They installed one way doors into the attic and chimney to let the squirrels out, and they came back every day to check on them and the locations of the one way doors to ensure that all animals were out. They explained everything, were friendly and more than willing to answer any questions we had.

    Answer from pro:

Hello tmclellan, Thank you for taking the time to write this review and using my company to ensure the squirrels can no longer gain access into your home. We very much appreciate your business! Randy Celinski, Owner / President, Awarded Best Of HomeStars 2016 & 2017 & 2018

Raccoon family removal and blocking all entry points with durable materials

The workmanship was very well done and very humane to the animals. Dan was extremely professional and capable. It was easy to see that he has many years of experience dealing with these types of situations. I very much appreciate his temperament, patience and demeanor. He really cares about these animals and I believe that's a representation of AAA Wildlife. The raccoons have the best chance of starting their life over in a different den that's still in their territory. This is my second time working with AAA Wildlife and I'm so glad that I called them. The new barriers that are covering the entry points to the house are very neatly done and using very strong materials. There's no way a raccoon could get past these new barriers. Thank you to Dan and to AAA Wildlife for your great service.

    removal of birds from roof

the guys that came were on time and very professional. They were very careful to not displace the birds while solving the problem of the birds in our roof. Not only did they solve our problem of the damage the birds caused but also took care of the little babies and ensured their well-being. They also followed up the next day to check on the nest.

Removing squirrels from our roof and installing mesh to protect future potential entry points.

AAA Wildlife control was very prompt in responding to our inquiry. Jason showed up exactly when expected and did a great job. They installed a one way door over the access point the squirrels were using and followed up several times over the next week or so to make sure they were gone before sealing their entrance permanently. He secured all the other vents and potential ingress points around the home so hopefully we won't have issues in the future. I'd happily recommend them to anyone having issues with wildlife in their home.

    Raccoon Removal

Based upon information on their web page that they could humanely remove rowdy raccoons I phoned them ... 6 weeks ago. After the fact I find out that under an antiquated trapping law, they cannot live trap raccoons on your roof. I have a raccoon who has removed 80' of shingles from my roof and then returned weeks later to remove the repair. Ceilings are damp and leaking for 6 weeks. They were paid up front and they put a one way exit leaving my attic for the raccoon and finally wire meshed the exit closed but when the animal returned and destroyed my roof again they informed me they can only trap the raccoon if the critter is still in the attic. Maybe I need to invite the raccoon back into my attic so they can trap it. Their final statement to me was, "Raccoons are part of our neighborhoods now." Fair enough, but when they get a little crazy, can we do nothing? They need to post on their website that they cannot remove raccoons from the outside of a home. Right now I am in limbo. When I phoned them for help the third time, I could tell from their collective responses that my need as a home owner came in second to the well being of a crazed raccoon. That is not right. We need a little balance here me thinks. So far $450 to them, $580 for tree trim, $500 to roofer with another $1000 in future for final repair and 6 hours on the phone with government agencies, SPCA etc. As of now I still have a temporary fix on the roof hoping the raccoon will not return and praying for no rain ... I will add I have total respect for the young man who came here and did the initial work. This is not on him. It is on the misleading advertising of the company and on the lousy law that will not allow a sick and disturbed raccoon to be humanely live trapped and sent to Critter Care for either treatment or to be humanely euthanized.

    Answer from pro:

Hello Mr.Donaldson, When we last spoke, we told you that there may be different reasons why a raccoon will do roof damage trying to regain entry into your attic, and there may be measures that could be taken to help keep raccoons from being able to climb up on your roof, but that would take some additional steps to determine. We did stop by the same day you called us when you became aware of additional damage that was weeks following our initial removal process. You had then told us you were awaiting a visit from wildlife conservation officers to identify the need to try live capturing a sick raccoon. We will have a field supervisor call and arrange to stop by and review your current situation. Randy Celinski, Owner / President, Awarded Best Of HomeStars 2016 & 2017 & 2018
