Work was done efficiently and well with good communication between the technicians and myself. I'd give a 5 star rating except that in removing tape from the cold air return some paint was stripped away.

This was a very pleasant experience. They were very prompt at responding to our original inquiry and accommodating to met our schedule. They were also very punctual on the day the service was completed. The crew was very polite, courteous and respectful of our home. They made sure we had a clear understanding of the work that was being completed before they started and once completed we did a walk around and were shown before and after pictures of the areas we could not see just to be sure that we were satisfied. We recently had the ducts cleaned in our home after renovations. The 2 people that came were on time, very courteous and attentive. The work was done as expected and they were careful not to scratch or damage anything with all the tubes etc. I would highly recommend them.
