Air Force Shield reviews (1400)

We just completed a significant renovation of our house. It involved removing popcorn ceilings, drywall and sanding, but most of all dust. We arranged with "The Behemoth Energy Care Company" to clean the ducts. They cancelled at the last minute and offering a date 4 weeks out to complete. We went to Homestars and 4106-so-clean was at the top of duct cleaning list. My experience is that they belong at the top. They were able to fit me in on short notice. They were polite and responsive all through the info gathering / sales cycle. When they arrived they were polite and professional. Very respectful of the house. they explained everything that they were going to do when they arrived and walked me through what they had done at the end. It included things to do over the next few months after the reno. they were less expensive than the original contractor.

Thorough job cleaning the air ducts. I can’t believe how much debris was in my ductwork. My house feels warmer and much cleaner thanks to Adel and his team. Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. When I agreed to book the service, they were prompt to send a work order and confirm the date and details. A reminder call was made the day before. The technicians were professional and took good care in their work (i.e. put a runner on the floor where the large hose was laid going down to the furnace). At the end, one technician provided good advice around furnace filters (buy the cheap ones and change them monthly...better circulation and less wear on the furnace). In the end, great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
