Mike has been very plesant to work with, he encourages education to his customers. The company is very good in communicating with the customer and their workmanship is top notch. They are respectful of the property and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Any issues were promptly dealt with with a positive attitude. They always want to ensure that the customer is happy with all aspects of the work. They go above and beyond to ensure that the work is above and beyond your expectations. The moment the insulation was upgraded, I noticed barely any difference in temperature between main and upstairs. I would highly recommend going with an insulation upgrade as well as using AM Roofing as a company. Very happy, thank you!

Exceptional from beginning to completion. Troy's knowledge of the products and assistance during the projects was invaluable, even on a holiday Monday morning. Thanks to Dalton's help scheduling and MiKe's creative problem solving the insulation was efficiently installed. The crews doing the roofing were polite and respectful. They worked very quickly and did an excellent job. Chris and Andrew listened to and resolved any concerns effectively and completely. Everything was cleaned up, and the property left as they found it. The roof looks great and the garden, too.

I am very pleased with the work that AM Roofing did for me, but I am most impressed by the excellent service that they provided. From start to finish, every AM Roofing representative that I dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly. I had complete trust that they would do a good job, and they fulfilled all my expectations and more. The people at AM Roofing stand out as a reliable and trustworthy, and it gives me peace of mind to know that I can count on them to be there for me if I ever need more help with my roof.

After researching and having different companies attend our home for a quote we decided to choose Am Roofing Solutions. They got back to us right away. The deal breaker was not the cost since this was the highest cost but the consultant Larry and the Owens Corning product line!!! Larry was amazing. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and so organized. He spent a great deal of time with us and was very detailed. We wanted to know that our home would be in good hands and we wanted peace of mind that we would have a solid strong reliable roof. The crew they sent out were just as great! Hard workers in the brutal heat wave and very polite individuals. They did a great job from the start. Dropping off the bin, demo, installing, and clean up. Cyril was a pleasure and introduced himself upon arrival. Rose was also extremely pleasant over the phone and she provided updates and answered any questions I had. Overall, we were very pleased and may I add we LOVE our new roof. It is beautiful and we love the colour. Thank goodness we choose the right organization!! Thanks again Am Roofing :)

Misrepresentation happening with AM Roofing. Below I will quote a statement right off the AM roofing website under the heading "About" At AM Roofing Solutions, we only employ skilled tradespeople who are certified to do their job. All of our crew members are full-time, trained and certified employees. This is inaccurate as they outsource their work to subcontractors. And these subcontractors are not employees of AM Roofing. The websites statement should clearly indicate the practice of outsourcing and use of subcontractors for the Installs. Let's be transparent and upfront, tell your customers that their roof will be installed by one of the many subcontractors in their surrounding area and not by AM Roofing. Be honest and tell potential customers that AM Roofing acts like a broker or middle man and connects people who need new roofs with people who actually install them. My neighborhood has had 3 new roof installs over the past couple of weeks all by AM Roofing and after talking with all 3 roofing crews my theory has been confirmed. AM Roofing outsourced all three jobs including my own new roof which was installed on June 14. All 3 jobs were given to different subcontractors. The crew that did my roof supplied me with their own business card of their roofing business and clearly indicated that they occasionally do work for AM Roofing also. This is why I feel they are misrepresenting themselves because at no time during the sales pitch or anywhere on the website was I informed about the practice of outsourcing or the use of subcontractors. I was lead to believe that the roofing crews were indeed full time AM Roofing employees. And when I brought my concern forward they denied any practice of outsourcing and use of subcontractors. They indeed tried their best to convince me that the 3 crews were indeed full time employees. Its time they stop denying whats so obvious. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

New Roof - Bad Experience We had a horrible experience with our new roof. Larry gave us a great sales pitch which he talked about best practices however what we actually got was poor workmanship, poor clean up and poor customer service. We were diligent and did our homework before choosing which company to give our business to and we feel that AM Roofing was the wrong choice. The crew worked on our roof late into the evening using flashlights. Following the completion of our roof and inspection by AM Roofing I performed my own inspection of our new roof and property. I was surprised to find numerous exposed nail heads and other various signs of a poor roofing job. If I can provide some advice to our fellow readers take it upon yourself to safely inspect your own roof. Please don't take for granted that the crew did the job with the level of workmanship you might expect. From the ground your new roof looks great, however you can't see potential problems from the ground. AM Roofing sent out their repair guy several times to make the necessary repairs to our new roof. I was told that our new roof is now fixed and completed as far as AM Roofing is concerned as It meets industry standards. Maybe not to our satisfaction but we felt like we were going around in circles and getting nowhere. Its sad when we cannot recommend our roofing contractor to our neighbors. Pictures provided below show our 2 gables one of which is fine and the other was repaired by filling in the hole/gap with black caulking rather then fixing the shingles and eliminating the gap.

Great company, great people, marks crew was really friendly and nice. Couldn't tell there were even there when they left. Stand up job that's boys. Thanks very much, excellent work

I had my roof re done last week I had Marks Crew here they did an awesome job very tidy and professioal. I had the manager Brandon come out and do an inspection and he was very impressed with the workmanship. Great job.

Had new eave trough put in and soffit work as well. Material from removal of the areas under the eaves, wad left on the ground on day 1, no clean up, nor on the following days. Took pictures and their Manager came by and said he'll ensure team cleans up after all work. Still ended up cleaning up after them. My roof area and walls now feel colder. My eaves are sagging and it's just past the 2 year warranty and they will fix it. I clean my eaves each month at least during the spring to autumn to ensure no debris lingers. I am sad by their reactions to my needs.

Came out on my long weekend. Stepped through my roof and busted out drywall in diningroom. Left house exposed for over 3 weeks to rain. Still not back to fix yet. Want to use their guy who can come for over 2 weeks to fix drywall. Didn't want to use my guy I trust who could get here in 3 days. Opened up roof for new plywood and when the sub trade (yes sub trade) called to ask them, they said just cover it up and keep going! This company us the worst I have ever had to deal with and I have dealt with a lot. Don't hire them for anything!!!!
