We were in desperate need of a new roof, and lacked funds to pay up front. We called AM Roofing for a quote, and Steve came by. He Showed us video from our rooftop, as well as different building materials and the differences between them. He really took the time to explain, answer all questions, and ensure we were comfortable to move forward. We were able to get great financing, and work started soon after. The roofers were quick and efficient, kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up very well after. We now have peace of mind...and a brand new fibreglass roof!

Steve came to our house in the rain to do an inspection and made sure we were both available to go over his finds. When work started the crew was fast and efficient!

Remove shingles, repair roof and install new shingles. Mike and Habib (and crew) were fantastic, very professional and did everything as promised, on time and on budget. Clearly a great experience.

It is easier to write a negative review, I know. But I feel this is my only course of action. Every effort we made to work with AM Roofing to alleviate our frustration with them just lead to more. Kyle came to our home at the end of August and we were so impressed with his professional presentation and ability to answer our questions about AM's safety program, employee retention (I didn't want subcontracted individuals on my roof, I wanted company employees) and AM's warranties. We did get cheaper quotes, but felt what AM had to offer equalled a good investment in our home. So, we signed on the dotted line. And then the trouble began. I want to be clear, in the end, once the little things were addressed, the roof looks great. But it is the 2nd week of December, 3 months later, and we finally closed the deal (i.e. paid the bill). The process of working with AM to get through this job proved to be nothing but an aggravation. The lack of communication in their office left my husband and I the ones to get results. It started with us having to reach out to AM to get an install date and then when the install was complete, to get Kyle back to look at the issues the install crew left behind; a crew who didn’t even have a business card to identify who they were. A crew who had to be asked when they were putting their safety harnesses on. We got calls from the office for payment, however, not only did we not have an invoice to pay, but the office was not aware that we had a list of things that we needed addressed before we would pay. At one point I was asked to keep the office in the loop of the situation. Is the office so big that they don't communicate amongst themselves? So the ordeal ended with us throwing ours hand in the air and coming to the conclusion we would never be fully satisfied and AM would not be following through on things - so we paid the bill, got our warranty (which AM filled out incorrectly) and decided to be done with it. We have a new roof. Our initial goal has been achieved. It is a sad state of affairs that a company puts so much effort into engaging homeowners by way of such a professional introduction to the company, only to operate such a chaotic manner. And one last thing; it is very clear to me that if something ever happened to Jeff, the Production Manager, AM Roofing’s London office would fall into turmoil. To AM Roofing, you are right; it isn’t just my house, it is my home. So when we were sold premier contracting services; we expected premier service from beginning to end. How disappointed we were.

AM Roofing was amazing. I had a phenomenal consultation and sales process with Steve Boyle who thoroughly explained the entire process from start to finish and definitely cemented my decision to go with AM Roofing. Honesty and integrity are such a key factor in making a decision of this grandeur and Steve demonstrated both of these qualities and more. The gentlemen who came and installed my roof, insulation and fixed my porch were efficient, skilled and thorough and took great care in their work and clean up process. I simply cannot say enough about my experience with AM Roofing and will definitely recommend both Steve and the company to anyone looking for high quality exceptional work.

Originally we had our home re-roofed under the insurance carrier. The previous roofing company had applied the shingles incorrectly and they ripped off during a rain storm. A & M Roofing came to our home under the insurance carrier's authority and replaced the existing shingles, replaced the attic insulation that had gotten soaked during a rain storm, removed and remediated mold in the attic and added some additional vents to the roof. We were so impressed by the quality of the work that we asked A & M Roofing if they could replace the metal roof at our cottage. We had the metal roof done in October, November, December and January of 2014-15, and it was so badly done by the other company that we had to have the entire roof removed and replaced. A & M Roofing attended the cottage and removed the faulty metal application, removed and replaced the underlayment, and applied a beautiful new shingled roof. The roof on the cottage looks so much better now. The company that applied the metal roof never finished the application, even after working on the cottage for four months. A & M Roofing repaired, replaced and finished the cottage roof in three days.

Right from the first time we called AM Roofing, we were treated very well....The first time they came to our home they assesd the damage and how best to fix it..When the actual work began it was professoinaly done He worked from dawn to dusk.... and now my roof has not leaked....

A M Roofing On Friday September 16th, my husband, Paul, and myself were the fortunate recipients of an “A M Roofing” roof. We highly recommend this company to any of you who are needing or wanting a serviceable and appealing new roof. A M Roofing has an excellent selection of the best technologies to use on the modern roof which result in an attractive and long lasting product. We now have a 50-year warranty on ours. The roofing team, we had to install our roof, lead by Habib was friendly, effective, and competent. The finished product - Beautiful! However, it is the personal connection supplied by Mike Kohler, Solutions Consultant for A M Roofing, that I believe makes this company truly different from others. Mike is a friendly, jovial, extremely competent and knowledgeable individual. Before our roof was installed, he spent the good part of an afternoon with us answering our questions and working with us to be sure that we were receiving exactly what we wanted. After the roofing process had been completed, a couple of small changes were needed, and Mike took care of them both, in person, and right away. We found this impressive as my life experience has shown that some companies are a lot slower to react once the bill is paid in full, but not A M Roofing. In conclusion, we are delighted with the appearance of our house with its new roof. The whole roofing experience with A M Roofing was interesting, exciting and even fun at times. When the AM roofers departed, Paul and myself felt that friends had left. But we have our super roof! Thank you, A M Roofing.

We are very pleased with our new roof! Mike gave us a firm quote, no extra surprises! The work started on the scheduled date, and the roofers worked extremely hard removing a cedar shake roof, and doing the new install! AM Roofing was highly recommended by a close friend, we made an excellent choice! Thank you for a job well done!
