We were impressed by the initial visit and presentation by Steve. He was very personable, thorough and informative. Our roof was completed within 3 weeks of signing the contract. The crew was very efficient and everything was cleaned up and gone when they finished. A couple of little extra things we asked AM to do were done immediately. They have since followed up to make sure we are satisfied and we are very pleased with the results.

I had my roof completely shingled last month by AB Roofing. As I work in the construction industry, I was anxious about proceeding with a company I had not previously worked with. After speaking with Sarah at the head office who was knowledgeable and then meeting with Andre on site who was extremely experienced in all things roofing, I decided to go ahead after I had read through the detailed written estimate. What an excellent job they did! A first class crew showed up, worked diligently removing all the existing shingles and replacing with new. Employees had full insurance coverage by the company. They installed edge metal, properly waterproofed all the roof valleys, the ladders used did not dent the existing eavestroughing and care was taken for disposal box placement so that my property remained in perfect condition. Senior staff visited the site during the process, not that they needed to, as this crew knew what they were doing. Any stray nails on the property were scooped up by their special detector machine and all debris removed. My grandsons were able to play in the grass immediately following the installation. A perfect job by a very profession company using the old fashioned standard of excellence. I would not hesitate to recommend this roofing company to anyone needing their service. D A Welton, Toronto

Rose was very helpful on the phone and very accommodating in terms of scheduling for the estimate and the work to be done. Richard and his assistant were very friendly and took the time to explain everything that they would be doing and wanted to make sure that I was happy with their work before leaving our home. We have had our roof re-shingled by this company in the past and I only have wonderful things to say about their service, their friendly manner and attention to detail. They were also very informative of other ways that their company could assist us with other work we are looking into for our home in terms of eaves troughing. I would highly recommend this company and their employees!

First off when I called I spoke to a woman named Sarah who immediately made me feel less uneasy about the work that we needed to have done. It is rare in a company now a days to find staff with such lovely phone manner and customer relation skills and after speaking with her I knew I'd made the right choice in company. The next step was the actual work in which a man named Andre came to give us a quote. He was punctual, and respectful. His patience in my many questions and ease of presence was greatly appreciated. While prompt he took the time to explain what we'd be doing and fulfilled every promise made. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the clean up was immaculate. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring a roofing project and would suggest they speak to Sarah and request Andre. Thank you both for putting my mind at ease and making life easy!

When I first realized that my roof was getting bad I was concerned with how I was going to approach it...do I get the 3 quotes and pick and choose between the 3 or do I get a family friend to come a see what they can do for me. So I decided to get on the computer and do some research and to my surprise there were 25-30 roofers in my area, my first thought how do I pick?! No trick here I just picked at random. AM Roofing happened to be my second pick when I called the Collingwood office I spoke to Sarah a very smart funny and very helpful young lady who took some information down and set an appointment then in a few day I had Andre knock on my door and I was extremely surprised to see how professional he looked, clean in appearance and smile from ear to ear, the experience I had was probably the most interactive experience I've ever had and with a few hours I knew more about my roof and insulation then I ever knew before I was very please, I decided to go ahead with the team at AM Roofing because I felt so comfortable with everything so far, when my roof was completed just a few short weeks later I was skeptical that my property would be cleaned as Andre said it would, and was pleasantly surprised that when I showed up from work my property was immaculate and the roof was gorgeous, thanks to the colour selection help from Andre ;) he definitely knew his stuff!! Either way the project was a great success and the final product was not only amazing but seemed to get some attention on the street...!! I'm very happy it's everything and I have and will continue to recommend AM Roofing as the best I've ever seen from beginning to end!!! Thanks Sarah, Andre and the AM Roofing team

Last summer, AM Roofing Solutions put a new roof on my house!! Steve showed us a very professional presentation, telling us about your company's products and policies. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions thoroughly. He had our roof installed sooner than we expected!! The workers were very pleasant and professional!! They did a great job, and a great clean up - especially concerning nails. I would highly recommend AM Roofing to all my Family and friends!!

What a wonderful experience from the first contact with Customer Service to the Technicians who came to our house to provide new insulation. Rose, the Customer Service Representative took the time to answer my questions and arranged for an appointment at my convenience to have an estimator come to the house to review our needs and provide options/quotes. Rich and his crew showed up on time as agreed and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. They took the time to ensure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Very professional organization and would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting their insulation replaced or beefed up. We’ve seen a significant improvement in our heating bill this past winter. AM Roofing – the AM must be short for AMazing!

Great experience overall on the New roof on my chalet we built. Sarah was really good in the office explaining the shingles as well as Andy with on site details. Owens corning Duration shingles are a must in this mountain

Used AM because a neighbour had and i was pleased with the job they did. There was one small issue and they fixed it no questions asked. They did repeated return visits and made sure i was happy with the followup. Thanks for doing what you said you would!

I had an issue with another company that completed my roof a year ago. I contacted Steve in here in London and he quickly and efficiently got me set up with just the things I needed. It was fair and I felt comfortable knowing that AM could not only fix the other roofer's errors, but do it for a reasonable price. Great job guys!
