I had a great experience working with Albert on our tile project. From start to finish, he was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in his work and he always followed through on what he said he would do.
He was punctual and reliable, showing up exactly when promised, which made scheduling around our busy household much easier. The tile work itself is excellent—level, well-aligned, and done with care and precision.
Even after the job was completed and fully paid for, Albert returned without hesitation to trim a bit of tile around the toilet flange to help me finish the installation. That kind of dedication is rare. He was also willing to work evenings to help us get our laundry room and bathroom back in service as soon as possible.
Highly recommend Albert if you want quality tile work and a true professional you can count on.
