Asked myself to contact stove manufacturer for part number. Really? Went with someone else so initial cost of finding problem was a waste of time and moneyAnswer from pro:
This is sooooo unfair. We drove 40km to your house. We found the problem both for the stove and the fridge. Isn't it worth something?? We are fixing appliances everyday with sourcing the parts,because they are available here in Canada. We searched for the part but we could not find it in Canada. Our reviews show how much we care about our customers.

I'm pleased they were able to fix my dryer. While diagnosing the original problem they they discovered another issue as well and fixed that after going to get the part. Very pleasant to work with.
