I am giving this company a one star review because I paid for a job to be done, and the problem was never solved. My stove burner has not been working so I needed someone to repair it. The young man came and opened up the stove. He couldn't find anything other than some food/grease build up and said after cleaning that out that the problem should be fixed. I paid him $75 thinking that the problem was solved. The problem was not solved though and the burner continued to not work properly, so I reached out again, and he came back and said the problem was the handle to turn on the burner. He suggested I could either buy a new handle with the range's manufacturer, or I could buy a generic one on Amazon. I paid another $75 for his services. Unfortunately, my stove burner is still not working and I am out $150. I did reach out directly by text saying that my burner was still not working. I haven't heard back and am very frustrated. It seems that this young man lacks experience.

Very smooth job - courteous and efficient.

Bohdan came in and within less than half an hour he diagnosed the problem got it fixed and put it back together, he was very reasonable with his rate and was a very honest young man.

Bohdan came the same day I messaged him. He diagnosed the issue with our Bosch washer and dryer and was back the next morning with the part needed to fix our washer! Super impressed with his service, honestly and punctuality. Please don’t hesitate to hire him for your appliance repair needs!

This person was fast, approachable and punctual. He also offers a decent warranty for his job and replaced pieces.

My dishwasher was having the an E15 error (water leak). Bohdan responded upon my request and came over in 30 mins on a public holiday. He immediately found the issue (leaky inlet valve), even had a spare part handy since it's a common issue. He replaced the valve, and very carefully cleaned all the leaked water on the inside of the dishwasher. Bohdan was professional, friendly, and very courteous. Quoted price was fair and we are glad to have his help to fix the water leak issue!

2 trips: 1 to diagnose, 1 to install new heating element. Thank you
