    home repair

    Ross was excellent he found my leak right away. It was coming from garburator seal. He replaced it quickly and efficiently. He booked me an appointment to repair my rattling pex. Thanks again Ross job well done.

    Sewer Drainage Camera & Estimate

    I called them and specifically stated that I wanted them to bring a sewage line camera to scope the drain and they said fine, that they would. Long story short, it took them a very long time to arrive and when they did, they did not bring a camera scope. The young man spoke to me for over two hours before any camera was brought out to the house by a second worker and in the end the problem was not solved. I had to pay $600.00 for the experience. I did however receive a DVD of my problem for my $600.00. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    All around great job

    Wes and Xavier installed a Samsung ductless air conditioner for me and although I haven't had a chance to use the unit much, everything seems great. Really nice looking install and they didn't complain about waiting a little bit while my electrician fixed his mistake.

    Request for certificate re piping connections for insurance co

    We contacted Ashton as our insurance co requested confirmation of the connections we had with poly b piping . The plumber checked the house wrote out certificate and charged us $300. We are pensioners and were shocked at this amount . We have cancelled our contract with Ashton as this is not the first time we have found them to be expensive .We previously used this company for a problem our daughter had and In fact it turned out to be a city problem that the city would pay for. And they wanted 900 for that when it was poor service. We realize we should not have used them again . Some lessons take longer to learn !

    Installation of air conditioning

    The team I worked with did a great job. Completed job on time and clean up was done. I felt my concerns and questions were answered promptly. Drywall is still needs to be completed, but Im confident this portion of the job will be completed to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the end result so far and would recommend this company without hesitation.

    Garborator Replacement

    I called Ashton Service Group on Tuesday and they had someone out to my place to look at the Garborator by Thursday. Since he could not un-jam it, he had a replacement in his truck and installed it right there on the spot. Very fast, very professional, definitely would recommend them again!

    Furnace Maintenance

    Had our yearly furnace maintenance done. Excellent job by Ming. A thorough inspection of plumbing was done as well. Ming answered all our questions (and there was a lot of them). Highly recommended!

    Gas leak repair

    I had a gas leak on a Saturday night. This company was highly recommended by the gas company. I would highly recommend them to anyone as well. The man came to my home fast and on his last job. Mesa was very professional and kind to me. Fixed the problem fast . The rate of his services where very reasonable I thank him for being so kind to me too. I would use this company again for other repairs. Thank you

    Heat Pump purchase and installation

    Everyone we dealt with at Ashton was very polite and accommodating. Gerry in the office was great to deal with in setting up appointments and Patrick was very professional when he came out and gave us a quote. Wes O and Tyler K did a fantastic job on the install. They were very meticulous and left our home spotless afterwards.

    Water heater & furnace replacement

    Courteous, hardworking, personable, friendly, professional, diligent, helpful, and highly recommendable to my coworkers, family and friends. Obviously I can never say enough good things about Patrick Dickinson, but Wes Odger, and Erik Olsen, were equally impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ashton Service Group for these three men again.
