Misrepresented the heat pumps capacity and function Installed it wrong costing me an extra $1000 in propane Instructed me incorrectly on how to efficiently use it Shushed and ignored my repeated emails and complaints Left a hole in my house after installation potentially letting rodents in Installed the furnace in a way that barely passed inspection according to the independent inspector Technician taught me a year later what they should have And 18 months later, I still havent got my $4000 government rebate they promisedAnswer from pro:

I decided to purchase my own water heater rather than pay monthly rental fees until the end of time, so I contacted Home Aire Care for information. In short order I agreed to having Home Aire Care install one of their 50 gallon models and soon after the job was done. Service was prompt and professional. Thank you Home Aire Care. We replaced our aging Air Condioner on the advice of the technician who did our anual sevice check up May 2024. Installers were very efficient and had our new unit installed quickly. We had a nice cool summer thanks to Home Aire Care. We would highly recommend this company.Answer from pro:

AC stopped working. I had a couple of companies come out and look at it. They both just advised a whole new system for about $7000. It felt off. I called Home Aire Care and they came right out and diagnosed the issue in about an hour and ordered the parts. Within a couple of days we were back up and running. Technician was great as well. Very polite and efficient. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Home Aire Care.Answer from pro:

Our existing air conditioner was not cooling the house on one of the hottest days this year. E-MAILED AND THEY WERE here the next day. Bad news.. our old unit needed expensive repairs. Tech called the office for emergency service due to our asthmatic conditions. A new, bigger and more efficient unit was recommended and was installed the next day.
