We hired this company to put in two large egress windows in our basement. Shafi and company were very friendly and patient, looking over our plans carefully before we began construction. Shafi and his brother were very professional and did an amazing job! Shafi listened well to our ideas and collaborated to ensure we were 100% happy with the new bathroom and all the smaller jobs he did for us. His work speaks for itself. My friends, family and neighbours who have seen the new bathroom have asked for Shafis details so they can consult on work they want done in their homes. We were very impressed with their time management and organizational skills as everything was done promptly and even finished earlier than expected. I'm extremely satisfied with the imperial contractor. He's completed several tasks for me, such as installing a dishwasher, house columns, and load-bearing framing in my basement. His work is of exceptional quality and very professional.

I am very pleased with the excellent job that Imperial General Contractor has done. They removed a load bearing wall and did new flooring in my living room area. I am very satisfied with the way they have carried out the work. They cleaned the work area at the end of each day and was respectful of the time we requested them to come or leave by. I would recommend them to anyone for their renovation projects.

Shafi did a great job to renovate our kitchen. He is very honeat and professional and skilled.

The installer was professional from the first time I met him, professional polite well mannered introduced himself while shaking my hand and saying his name, he measured the wall to center point the before he cut the hole for the insert , he used a electric cuter with a vacuum bag on it which witch keped the drywall dust to a minabule amount, when the job was finished, the insert was perfect dead centered, he cleaned up the living room and kitchen and you wouldn't know that the work was done, I Loved it , he answered all of my questions professionally, I said thank-you to the man he said your welcome, He garenties all of his work 100%. I am going to recommend this MAN 100% to all of my friends and family because after they see my new TV. and Fire insert they will be asking me for this Man's phone number for a job they want him to do for them, Thank-you again Sir I love it . P.S. The insert looked like it was built with the house.
