Shafi and his brother did a good job removing a load-bearing wall from my house and installing a post and beam in its place. Shafi came well recommended, gave me a fair estimate and did the work in a timely fashion. Appreciate his hard work and good spirits.

Great job and Everything is very high quality. I am really truly love the entire renovation. I called Shafi and we scheduled an appointment to visit me in the house. He was able to come in quickly to provide an estimate and then schedule for date when he will start work. Shafi is friendly, polite, very professional and easy to talk to. My Shower/bathroom was outdated and falling apart. First day Shafi came on time and demolition went well. Shafi is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with him at every detail of the project. Shafi worked hard and now my shower/bathroom is stunning, tiles, vanities, paint and baseboards. I couldn't be happier with the job. The entire process was very smooth. Words can’t describe how happy I am with how beautiful everything has turned out. Highly recommend Shafi and would use him again.

I have employed the above contractor to undertake the design and build Entrance door to basement. Imperial contractor to be excellent in all of our day to day dealing during the project. I confirm all work completed meets the highest level of standard we impose. I have no hesitation recommending them to any other business and home owners.

If I ever need any renovations at home I will call him again because of prices are reasonable and his quality and timing for the job is perfect he removed a loadbearing wall and made my home beautiful.

We met Shafi when we were looking for a framer, drywaller and taper. We have a very difficult home that is more than a 100 years old. Shafi not only provided us with great advice and a quote on the work we requested but he went above and beyond to do what was best for our home. He has done a great job with the framing, insulation, drywalling, taping and level 5 mudding, bricklaying, etc. We would highly recommend Shafi and his team.

We enjoyed working with Shafi, he is very customer-oriented and will make sure that you are happy every step of the way during the project. He removed and added walls no problem, you can tell he is skilled, passionate and proud of his work! We were espcially happy with the kitchen and how he opened it up for more of an open concept feel, see pitures attached.

It was great working with Shafi and his team. He re-designed our master washroom and did amazing tiling throughout. He moved the location of the toilet, added a his and hers sink, and expanded our stand up shower. Everything looks great, and we couldn't be happier. In the basement, he renovated our entire bathroom and kitchen there as well, along with the movement of a few walls. Overall, I have already referred him to other family and friends. As finding a good and reliable contractor is really hard to find. We will also definitely be working with him again.

Shafi and his team did a great job of doing different projects for our property. His carpentry skills is excellent and he always get the job done on-time and works around with your budget! Overall, highly recommend him for renovation purposes and yard work!
