I chose J and J for my move from Toronto to Wiarton. Scotty and Courtney did a great job. They were on time, courteous and careful with all of our belongings. No hesitation in recommending J and J.

Hired J and J moving services to handle my move from Toronto to Stratford. Crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and handled everything very well. I would happily recommend them.

John responded to my quote request in less than ten minutes, after hours and with all the responses to my questions/concerns. Then the dynamic duo of Scotty and Sony did a magnificent job! Arrived on time. The loading deck was not open so they figured out where to go and whom to talk to and had it opened in no time. It took a lot longer to load than I anticipated, for a jr. one bedroom on the 9th floor, but they did it with care, paying attention to what I told them (especially fragile things for example). Once we arrived to the new location, they immediately started unloading. Since we were two hours late for the elevator reservation, they started unloading by the elevator in case the building would put the elevator back in service. In the end, I had a couple of items that did not fit in the new apartment so I asked them to take them to the dump or donation and they agreed without a problem (for a small extra fee, of course, and did not mind since they were solving my problem on the spot). They did a great job, items were handled with care, nothing broke, nothing scratched or damaged and even though it was hot and it was a long day, they never showed impatience. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and their employees. I chose them because they were 98% rating and they did not fail. Their slogan is 'a stress-free move' and it was exactly what they delivered. Even before I had had a chance to see them at work, I referred them to a friend who is moving by mid/end of July. I am now confident that they DO deliver what they preach. I would use their services again in the future and referred to anybody who needs a 'stress-free move', as they say. First of all, John was so helpful on the phone and talked me through things. I have moved a lot over the years, and across provinces, so I have had some damaging experiences, and was feeling quite anxious about another long distance move...Toronto to North Bay. I cannot express enough how well taken care of I was!! Scott and Sonny showed up and were not only incredibly hard working, but they maintained a pleasant energy right till the very end of an extremely long day. These guys ARE THE BEST!! I had also, quite unfortunately, grossly underestimated the amount of things I had and the amount of space I would need, so during the load in, John sent over another person to help. I had rented a storage in North Bay, based on images from a website. It turned out to be disastrous. The unit I rented turned out to be in a completely different building, and was quite narrow and ridiculously high. I've never seen anything like it. To add to matters, my car broke down an hour and a half from the storage unit, and I had to have a friend come pick me up, so I wasn't even there to help, to trouble shoot or make alternate arrangements for storage. Two of these strange units later, and everything still did not fit. Eventually I arrived, and the guys followed me to the friend's place I am staying at temporarily, and fortunately they were able to store the remaining items. And as I now move everything to another storage unit, I continue to be impressed with Scott and Sonny. The care they took with my belongings is so evident. It could have easily been a nightmare of broken goods, but I am so blessed that is not the case. I would highly recommend J and J for all your moving needs. There were exceptional!!

Scotty, Joel and John were the best experience I have had with movers in Toronto. They were highly professional and very kind. They helped me and my mother settle in from Kitchener to Toronto in no time. Thank you for your wonderful service and I would be delighted to recommend your service to others in need of movers!

We were recommended J and J by some friends and used them on a move from Toronto recently. Great service and very punctual. They arrived on time, we were efficient in packing everything. We had labeled each box with where it was to go in our new place so unloading took just an hour. Will definitely recommend J and J in the future.
