This is the second time I've used J and J Moving Company and I highly recommend them. Not only are they careful and efficient movers, their customer service is the best I've experienced, both in the office and in the truck. A big thanks to the team that helped me move this second time!

Punctual, kind, organized, efficient, intelligent, careful, thoughtful, speedy - just a few words that come to mind. J & J have done three moves for me now. I will never use anyone else. They are the cream of the crop, and I recommend them to everyone I know. A relief to find such a wonderful company after a few bad or mediocre experiences. All of my things were well-protected and put where I wanted them, and the guys moved quickly in an impressive coordinated fashion.

I called the day I had to move from my house because my other movers just didnt show up and I had to find a last minute replacement because new tenants were moving into my old house. J&J took the time on the phone to know my situation and accommodated me instantly. They were at my place within the same day and their rate was even cheaper than the other movers that were supposed to show. Customer service is exceptional. Shawn and Hamid were real and you felt like they belonged to the business as if its theirs. The two men that moved my things were extremely diligent in their work, wrapped all kinds of things correctly with not a single scratch (I saw them move everything individually and they knew how to place it in the truck as well so nothing would get damaged). Even when I was unpacking not even one tape marked as I removed it from my furniture pieces. Best price compared to what I found in other services downtown but what I liked more was that theres no hidden fees. Like actually theyll just tell you what it costs for the truck and per hour and thats it. I paid Dont look any further j&j is the best.

Amazing turn around - instant response when I gave them a call. Worked quickly and super friendly. Went above and beyond, grabbed items from a second location and dropping them back at my house without me! So thankful. Cant recommend enough.

The team from JandJ were absolutely fantastic. They packed everything the day before with such care, providing all the supplies necessary and making sure I still had enough for a comfortable night. The day of the move was seamless- I didnt have to do a single thing! They managed everything wonderfully. Theyre extremely careful, professional and very pleasant to be around. J&J were a welcome change from the other movers I spoke to - no fuss, no minimums, very responsive and extremely helpful. They are local and we love supporting local small businesses. We will definitely be using J&J again.

I originally called JandJ and left a message. Within a minute, John called me back and explained the whole process including costs. He booked me on the exact date that I needed to move. On the day of the move, Mike, Shawn and Ronti came to my house early and came up with a game plan. They were absolutely terrific and wrapped and blanketed all the furniture. They also took apart some of the furniture as well. The whole process took almost 12 hours from start to finish (we had a lot of stuff) and it seems like the crew didn't take a break that whole time! At my new house, they placed all the furniture in the exact rooms that we wanted. All in all it was an amazing experience on a very stressful day. The price also came in about half of what other moving companies were quoting, so that was an extra perk as well. I would definitely use JandJ again and would highly recommend them to anyone would needs to move. Tom S.

We had a really great experience working with John and his team at J and J Moving. John is really nice to deal with, he listened to our expectations and provided the service he promised. During a recent renovation, Scotty and his crew moved us out and Sean and his crew moved us back in. Both teams were super pleasant, arrived on time, worked really hard and handled our things carefully. The job was completed in a timely manner for the agreed price.

I recently moved cities (from 4bed to another 4bed house) and J&J helped me with my same day move. The three men did an excellent job moving all my belongings and dis-assembling and assembling my beds & other furniture perfectly. All important stuff was bubble wrapped and moved very carefully without any damage to the house. Shoutout to Scotty for the proper organization of the move; Sean for assembling the furniture perfectly and Ronti for all his hard work. It was a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth move.
