    I'm so happy I hired Lantzville Contracting, they were courteous, friendly, professional and very dependable. Also, a great price for the service provided! I will be hiring them again for my future home repair needs.

    Install or replace roof: Replace roofing; More than 600 sq ft
    Lantzville Contracting repaired the roof and replaced the shingles on our house and carport. Sean carefully outlined the scope of work and provided an accurate estimate. Sean kept us informed as the job progressed. He and the crew worked efficiently to complete the job ahead of schedule and on budget. The craftsmanship was apparent in the quality of the finished woodwork and the roof. When the work was done, they did a thorough clean up of the job site. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Lantzville Contracting to our friends.

    Sean did a great job taking down my old shed and building me a new one . Sean Kody and Trinity were hard diligent workers and finished on time. I would use them again .

    Various small jobs: Installation, Maintenance, Patching or mending...
    It took 3 weeks for them to come to do the job but they delivered the material the day before they were coming and showed up at the time they said they would. The next morning. They got the job done in one day and it looks fabulous. Good workmanship, well made. Definitely recommend lansfield contracting and handyman services.

    He arrived early, did the job and identified a problem with one of my lights and showed me where some of the wiring had been burnt. While he could have just replaced the bulb and not said anything, I appreciate his concern for my family's safety as there clearly was a problem with this specific lighting can and the wiring. Sean went to get the spare part to replace the defective part and will be back on Friday to finalize the job.
