    Stop leakage: Likely bathtub

I had an excellent experience with Plumbingpal. I sent an inquiry late at night regarding a bathtub leak that was showing up in my laundry room ceiling. Even though it wasn't a "live" emergency, Laith was on-site and had the entire issue diagnosed and repaired within 12 hours of my initial message. Laith was extremely timely and professional. He cut a clean access hole in the ceiling, identified a failed drain seal, and resealed everything on the spot. He even stayed to run the water and ensure the fix was 100% solid before finishing. While the final cost was higher than the initial diagnostic estimate, the speed of service and the peace of mind knowing it was fixed properly by the next morning was well worth it. Highly recommend asking for Laith if you need someone reliable and fast.
