Found Prestige Maintenance Crew on Home Stars and contacted them for removing and replacing old caulking around all our windows and doors and cleaning 2nd storey eavestroughs. Work was completed within 2 days, taking advantage of the temperature holding. Sergio and his helper worked continually and long hours to complete the work before forecasted rain. Not only were they clean and neat, leaving no garbage behind, they also washed all the outer windows. After removing the old caulking they filled any gaps with spray foam insulation.

I found and contacted Prestige Maintenance through the internet. Sergio contacted me within a 24 hours. He came to see the property and gave me a quote. They arrived on time on the date agreed and completed the job efficiently. The job site was left clean. Once the job was complete Sergio contacted me with some ideas on how to save time and money for the next time the eaves need to be cleaned. He also informed me of problems that were occurring along the eaves and how to have them repaired. I would highly recommend Prestige for eaves cleaning and I intend to use them again in the spring for window cleaning.

I found prestige doing my neighbors home an I asked them to clean mine aswell. I couldn't believe their price. I've asked other companies to quote my home but they were all over $100 a one was $220. I thought that the quality and the price were beyond comparison. For everyone reaing my review. USE PRESTIGE. The price is AMAZING!

Prestige did the window cleaning at my home. They were very nice people and the job was great. I'm very happy and will definately use them again. I hope everyone in woodbridge will take advantage if their very low price

We found Prestige on homestars and were impressed by the positive reviews. Navigating their website was easy and the self quote function was a useful tool to ball park the cost. We filled out the form expecting that it would prompt a call from the company to discuss terms and times. However, this was not the case. The online work estimate form, without stating such explicitly, misleadingly acts as a work approval. Without realizing it, we had engaged the company and were quite surprised to find that the work had been done while we were out of the house. This was quite a shock and we would have preferred that the process included a confirmation phone call. Having said that, the company came to our house and finished the work on the day we requested at the cost listed. Their speed and the work itself was impeccable. They cleaned the eaves thoroughly and left no mess. In fact, the only trace of their work was a paper bag filled with the removed remnants. Top notch work. Moreover, my conversation with Sergio was professional and helpful, the sign of excellent customer service. So despite the website snafu, I would hire them without reservation in the future.

I looked this company from his add in the car, they came in cleaned the windows fast, clean and very cheap. It was cold but they had such a good sense of humor and work etiquette. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had prestige maintenance crew come and do my windows and eaves. I found them online. Their site was very simple and user friendly. Their prices are exactly what they say they are, up to 25% cheaper than other companies i saw online. Great job, i will recommend them to everyone i know and i will keep using them again and again. I am writing this review about a job that I had done by a company called Prestige Maintenance Crew.  I found the company arbitrarily on the internet.  For a small job (having my eves troughs cleaned) I was totally impressed by their professionalism. From doing the job in a timely fashion, doing an excellent job  to charging me a reasonable price for the job it was an easy experience. I feel very comfortable recommending this company.  

Bad news - they forgot to clean my garage despite me asking. Good news - they fixed the problem the day after I alerted them. Otherwise the cleaning was fine (keeping in mind I can't see my roof gutters), and the service was attentive. Plus, it's relatively cheap.

I contacted one of the workers from prestige to come do a commercial office cleaning job i had and they came in promptly and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the work that was done and they even let us know what we can do to improve the look of our windows that would save us money in the long-run. Thank you for the great work at an excellent price.
