Sergio and Jose make a great team! They came to the rescue within short notice the next day. He also blew off leaves off my roof and deck for me. They were professional and meticulous and super nice! I would definitely recommend them again!

Called for window cleaning of my home, worth every penny. Sergio was very helpful in having someone come regardless of whether someone was around & e-mailed the invoice. Plus if you think about the cost of the tall ladder, storing the ladder, going up & down about a trillion times, not to mention we're clumsy...it's definitely worth it. Will be calling for service in the future for sure as I see they also do some painting services.

With forecasted heavy rain on it's way I inspected my eavestrough from the ground up and noticed one the roof downward spouts had dislocated and was packed with debris and dirt. I called a number of companies and was able to connect with Sergio immediately. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was fairly priced relative to other service providers. He came the next morning, cleaned the gutters and re-secured the downspout arm. Very professional and personable experience. I am so glad to have found this company and will be using them going forward including to clean my windows. What a great experience all around. Thank you Sergio!

Emailed for a quote on Sunday, got call and the work done on Monday. Sergio and helper were very professional and caring, and paid great attention to detail. They were on time and did a great job - we will use them again in the future.

I had a big clog in one of my downspouts and i called prestuge.they are the best in the city bar none. Nobody comes close. When it comes to price and timing these guys do a wonderful job. Will call them again

Sergio came over on the same day that i called him. he is very knowledgable on what needed to be done to my home. I wanted to install gutter guards or filters and he said he was against it because it was too costly and useless. Its not very often you get contractors that convince you to save money. Prestige Maintenance crew were amazing. Sergio Estrada was very friendly. He did a great job on the Eaves, and he did them very fast. He was also nice enough to figure out a better price for me. He left me as a happy customer and i'd gladly recommend him to my friends and i will definetely get my eaves cleaned next year with them
