I originally contact Jose to get a quote on painting my oak stairs a two tone colour. Unlike other painters i contacted (over a dozen!) Jose was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the whole process. Ultimately, I decided to do the job myself instead of hiring Jose since I had some spare time. Most contractors would have been upset for losing business, but Jose remained professional and continued to help answer any questions i had. If anyone needs stairs painted, Jose is your man!

I contacted Prestige via Internet search and upon seeing the great reviews I sent an email inquiry. In less than 24hrs I received a polite and professional call from Sergio. As luck would have it his team was working in area close by my home and he was able to come over and complete the job in the same day. Thanks Prestige

Andre is honest and hardworking. He spent an hour cleaning out the mud, shingles, nails and other debris left behind by my roofer, Better Contracting Services. This was a job that should have been completed by BCS as per the clean-up portion of the contract but neglected. After cleaning out the eaves and downspout, Andre made sure that any debris that had fallen around the property was also cleaned up.

If you are thinking about getting recauliking done on your home, PPLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE!!!! Mywife and I called a couple of caulking companies to come and quote our home which had cracked caulking all over. When these companies came in their solution was to put NEW caulking over the OLD caulking, which didnt make any sense.Plus their prices were ouutrageous and they would have taken less then 1 day. We called Prestige and Sergio came out. He explained to us his 7 step method which included removing the old caulking, filling the gaps, and recaulking it. Well, let me tell you, he took the time, about a week and a half but he did an AMAZING JOB. The windows are now like brand new. I honestly feel that what he charged us versus what he did doesnt compare. I wouldnt even dare to compare companies and i beg anybody who wants to get caulking or painting done to NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT USING PRESTIGE MAINTENANCE CREW!!! I hired Jose to paint a 3 story house. The work including doing plaster repair and repainting of an interior bay window, and painting eavestroughs and downspouts of the entire home. The repair and painting were done flawlessly and the overall result is absolutely beautiful! A much-needed facelift to an older home. The painting makes the house look and feel so much better, and it is an asset to the neighborhood. Thanks, Jose, for all of your hard work!!

We found Prestige via Homestars for a much needed eavestrough cleaning in a new house. I filled out the online quote form and was impressed that their price was more than $100 less than another similarly reviewed cleaner on Homestars. They came out within a week and did the job at the price quoted online. They were fast and cleaned up after their work. The next time it rained, the eaves seemed clear and the problems were better.

I phoned Prestige to have my gutters cleaned, as they were overflowing and causing flooding to a section of my basement. The workers were out there the next day, cleaning all of the eaves-troughs and even dismantling two downspouts and reassembling them, since they were completely clogged. They were friendly, courteous, and professional, and I would use them again for any of their services!

We were moving into an older home and wanted the bedrooms and basement painted before we moved in. I called for a couple of quotes (including Home Depot). Apparently having old wallpaper in the bedrooms was a big deal for the other companies, but not Prestige. They came in at the lowest quote, were able to start and finish before we moved in, and were the most professional and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Jose (from Prestige) did a great job getting the wallpaper off, painting and touching up. He was fast, worked around our schedules and our other (home renovation) contractor's schedules and even fixed some of the other contractor's mistakes. I'd highly recommend him to friends and family and would ask him to come back in the future when we want to re-decorate. Thanks Jose!!

We moved into a 25 year old home last year, with original windows at the back. While the windows were in OK shape, the caulking was dried and cracked and needed to be redone, and the paint had worn off in many places. We called Prestige and Sergio came out to give us a quote. He was very professional and knew his stuff, and went over the steps that would be taken to replace the caulking. He also called in his painter, Jose, who took the time to go over what needed to be done as well as provide advice on other items around the house that needed to be done. After a week of stripping, insulating, caulking, sanding and painting, the windows look fantastic and I know they'll last us until we are ready to replace them. Thanks Sergio and Jose for the fine work you did (including the window and eavestrough cleaning) and you can be certain I will recommend you highly to family and friends. - Steve

I had a problem with my eavestroughs. Water leaked over the sides of them in two places. I knew the eavestroughs didn't require a major overhaul, probably just a cleaning and maybe adjusting them so they'd be closer to the roof. I didn't feel it was necessary to spend $350 to fix this problem so after reviewing this company, I gave them a try. Their prices were a lot cheaper. I arranged for them to come and they didn't show up the first time so I called them and arranged for them to come the next week. They showed up the next week and took care of the eavestrough problems. I had e-mailed them and told them specifically where there were problems and after a couple of good rains, there have been no further problems. Summary: did what I asked, just took a bit longer to get there. Otherwise, quick and easy.
