Ramshaw did a very impressive job with our retaining wall. They took our original idea and executed while making various improvements to the design. Cliff is a skillful operator and the variety of heavy machinery he is confident with is staggering. To top it all off his prices were very reasonable. Thanks for all the hard work everyone!

Ramshaw came in a did a general clean up of our front garden. All the work was done professionally from getting the quote where they asked a lot of questions to ensure they understood exactly what we wanted to completing the job. When they did the work they protected the grass and the in-ground sprinkler system and when everything was completed the area was cleaned up and swept. I would recommend Ramshaw to anyone and if we needed any other landscaping projects to be done would definitely call on them again.

We looked for a reasonably priced company to do our French drain to stop water from coming into our garage. After talking to several companies and many of them telling me they either didn’t want to take on the project or telling me that there wasn’t anything I could do to fix my issue, I was referred to Ramshaw. They went over and above to do what we wanted. They were right on time to finish the project and couldn’t be more happy to have had them do the job. I recommend Cliff to anyone who’s looking to do landscaping.

Ramshaw completed work on budget and ahead of schedule. All aspects of project were handled professionally and in a timely manner. Exceptional effort to complete project before major thunderstorm. Cliff listened to what I wanted to have done, offered some feedback and provided an estimate on a timely basis. He showed up to do the work on the date he had indicated and completed the work ahead of schedule. He was careful to take care of the elm roots and took out the roots of an old cedar and apple tree that died the past winter, that was outside the project area. Cliff has a positive attitude, communicates clearly and works efficiently. The area was completely clear of any debris when the job was done. I would recommend his work to anyone considering landscaping.

I was so happy with the work done! Ramshaw excavating & landscaping was quick, efficient, friendly, and checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I love being in my back yard now and have spent a few afternoons on my turf with my family already!

I had Cliff and his team remove the existing grass in my front yard, correct the grading and then install new sod. They were professional and were cognizant of not disturbing any of the neighboring properties. Cliff and Jody (who handles the bookings and all things office related), are down to earth, honest people and have been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any of your upcoming landscaping projects.

Fantastic job, done on time and on budget. We booked Ramshaw for removing existing sod, adding rock ground-cover, and extending our aggregate patio in the back yard. Ramshaw is a stickler for details, and the job was completed perfectly, with the results exceeding our expectations. Aggregate patio was installed beautifully, and excavation and ground-cover rock application was expertly done. There were a few access issues to our site due to restrictive locations, but Ramshaw was able to work around those and complete the job within the time and budget we had. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for excavation, landscaping, or any type of outdoor property enhancement.

Very happy with the work Cliff did. His quote was competitive, the work was done on schedule and clean up great. He also made some suggestions that worked better in the scheme of things. I am very happy with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his again!
