    garage door spring installation by a Alon with great attitude and professionalism

    Alon gave me the quotes that are as par market nevertheless he promised to warrant the product and service in writing. From the phone i can sense honesty and that is what i was asking . he told me that he can do the job same day but it would be late. he did not try to up sell me once he was in his house and did not gauge up the price while seeing door broken in the middle of night. Many companies that i know do take advantage of this kind of situation . And yes they do get business but only once in a life time and with no recommendations for the future. he came around 11 pm. very politely thanked me for being patient and worked for straight 1 hr with great attitude. I found him very professional , skilled and courteous. i am very satisfied with his service and i would highly recommend him. it was by all means 5 star service .

    Garage Door Repairs

    Alon responded to my query almost immediately. He was prompt, polite, professional and REASONABLY priced. No wonder he gets such great reviews. I would highly recommend Alon's company to anyone requiring garage door repairs.

    Garage door repair

    Great work done efficiently and did not do work that wasn’t necessary. Very friendly and very fast, came and did all the work the same day I contacted Homestars

    Garage door and opener repair and replacement.

    The torsion spring cable had broken on my garage door. The garage door is the original 1950's vintage heavy door and it needed general maintenance. I called at 9:00 am and Alon came that evening. He took care of the cable and the hardware and got the door back in working order. The garage door opener however, was at least twenty years old, and it was undersized, so he replaced that too.

    Fantastic Service, Great Price (Actually returned me $$) !

    I called Smart Tech to repair a broken cable in my garage door. The service technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He not only fixed the issue but also balanced the door in the same price. I asked him to inspect the garage door to determine if there is any other problems, He recommended replacing couple of items. I also had problems with the garage door opener. He fixed it but when he checked, he pointed out to me that the LEDs are flashing. To me that was a non-issue but he said that it is not fixed and did not charge me anything for that ! I have not seen anyone return the money but the technician did I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend him to anyone. Thank you

    garage door repair

    Alon came to check the rubber around the garage a gave me a reliable solution which he did it perfectly and did not cost me a lot while other company wanted to change the whole rubber but he was honest and this made me recommend him to my friends

    Prompt quote, prompt work, great job

    Great work completed by Alon today. Had a run in with my garage door earlier today while backing out and Alon came to the rescue with a great fix. Would highly recommend.

    Garage door repair.

    I connected with Alon at Smart Care when the spring on my garage door broke. He offered to come right away, but since we were in the middle of a blizzard I decided to wait for a couple of days. He provided an estimate ahead of time after I sent him photos and the measurements of the existing springs. He arrived at the agreed upon time and had the door fixed in no time flat. He checked the rest of the door for loose or worn parts before he left. He certainly lived up to his recommendations on Homestars. I include my endorsement here as well.

    Garage door repair

    Alon arrived within the time frame provided (1 hour from when we contacted HomeStars which we were very happy about) and he provided very good service. He was very friendly and efficient in getting the work done. He even went the extra mile repairing an unrelated issue with the door which was appreciated. We are extremely satisfied given what the cost of the job was.
