General contractor service: Renovation; Condo
Remove and reinstall new shower floor tile, install new bathroom vanity, remove old shower doors and install new. I told Ahmet I would give him a good rating but after some disappointing deficiencies, my best comments are he is a hard worker and has a great personality. The price he quoted was high but acceptable, because we wanted a professional finish. He promised he would always be on time and ensure we were satisfied at end. Time; First day arrived 3 hour lunch. 2nd day; Advised us he couldn’t arrive until after lunch Etc. Came back a week later to clear up initial defiencies: Small piece of tile missing in corner. Downstairs condo upset that their ceiling was leaking. Shower door would not close without effort. Adjusted but since that the rear roller fell off. I replaced myself. Unfinished holes in wall tile not repaired after drilling by mistake on the top rail of shower doors. New threshold pitted after a struggle with shower doors. Couldn’t open bottom drawer until a recall cut

Demolition work: Complete building; 800 sq ft
These guys were amazing. They showed up on time and finished before schedule. The demolished a bathroom and left everything clean. They even helped me with a few other things that needed doing. Very nice guys and I am so happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend them.

We recently hired Ahmet to remove an old shed from our backyard, and we were very pleased with the experience. The shed was in rough shape, but they handled the removal efficiently. Communication was smooth throughout. Overall, a very positive experience.

Ahmet and his team were great. They were on time and very professional. They completed the work and cleaned up the job site. Extremely happy with the work they did. Will definitely use them again.

Ahmet was quick to respond, provided a very reasonable quote, and was right on schedule with both the start and finish times. He removed our tile, which was quite stubborn, and throughout the process was kind, friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring we were happy with the final result.

Various small jobs: rebuild a closet, drywall back hallway and ceil...
Initially presented well informed and reputable. When Ahmet announced he was finished, I pointed to a number of repairs left undone and damage he caused and did not repair. He offered to come by for a "touch up repair day". The more I looked, the worse it was, doors cut too small for the opening, not properly aligned when installed, handles at different levels, 2 different paints used on one door, parts of the doors were not primed, nor painted and paint splatters all over the doors. The trim had large gaps between where they met and the trim had not been properly painted if at all. Nothing was sanded between coats leaving a very bumpy and scratchy look to doors and trim. Tile was cut to small for the space and was not set nor grouted. The walls and ceiling drywall were not sanded yet he painted over them and left them in a very unfinished state . Everything he touched needs to be repaired. Sadly, I could not risk having him back for a "touch up day" fearing any more damage.

Ahmet was incredible from start to finish. His prices were more than reasonable and he delivered quality work. I was hesitant to initially renovate my two condo bathrooms as I didn’t know where to start, but Ahmet was very communicative, initially coming for an in person assessment/quote and providing endless options for me to chose from. Ahmet also worked diligently to deliver the finished product in a timely and efficient matter without compromising the quality of his labour. I would without question hire Ahmet again and have already referred him to friends and colleagues.
