The Ductibles made this process completely painless. Vernon communicated well and was super friendly and efficient. It took about half an hour and everything was done from the outside vent. Now I can stop seeing the d80 errors on my dryer! I will definitely make this an annual process. Highly recommend!

Amazing team. Showed up on time, did the work right. Thoroughly cleaned the vents. I had sniffles for no apparent reason and after the cleaning it went away. The tech highlighted some points that had been collecting dust and contributing to my sniffles.

Usman was very responsive, offered a full price breakdown and was able to fit me in reasonably quickly. When my schedule changed he was extremely accommodating. The technician arrived a few minutes early, kept me apprised of anything of note, worked diligently even though the project wound up being a little bigger than expected, and got everything done within the expected time frame. Everything was cleaned up to the point you wouldn't even know they had been there. I was already happy with the service, but then Usman called to check in that were completely satisfied - would absolutely use again in the future.

Great customer service and very professional staff. Air Raid crew did a great job cleaning my old furnace ducts which were not cleaned for a while. They were very thorough and provided me many future maintenance tips. Very reliable, highly recommended

Moved into a new house and had Air Raid come out to clean the ducts and dryer vent. Showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. Dave went through the pluses and minuses of our 1985 furnace and gave me recommendations of what could go wrong, approximate cost and why it was better/worse than a new one. He really put my mind at ease going into the winter. They took a little under 1 1/2 hours to complete the service for the 20+ vents and dryer, I was quoted much longer by other companies. The initial price is higher than what other companies quote, but Air Raid doesn't charge for additional vents, all other companies charge an additional $8-12 per vent after 10 which can double the original price! Save yourself time and money and just go with Air Raid.
