Ramiro did an exceptional job repairing grout, then thoroughly cleaning and sealing the slate tile floors in our kitchen and adjoining sunroom. Setting up the appointment was easy via text and phone and he arrived promptly and was even finished a bit earlier than expected. The 12 year old tiles and grout had seen a lot of wear from our busy family and two dogs. They were very dirty and now they look like new. Ramiro does exceptional work and he is very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

I used their service card two years ago, and invited them again. They are amazing team, they use amazing products and do an amazing job. Nobody but them restores the floors to the original brand new look. I can recommend them to anyone, and I will invite them again. I also plan to invite them for shower restoration. Tiago was on time..honest, helpful and the work was amazing. The work was completed in two days with a perfect clean-up. My shower is like new. Would highly recommend this company. Tiago installed new faucets and everything was perfect.

I have to say that I had been trying to get Tigro grout restoration to come and fix the grout in my 24 year old bathroom for a couple of months and I am so glad that I was persistent and waited until Ramiro had an available opening. My bathroom had developed mold between the tiles in the lower part of my stand up shower and because it was very well built and I still loved the tile I did not want to tear it out so I was hoping the Tigro could restore my shower to new condition. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The tile grout was ground out and replaced with an epoxy substance that is pure white and looks like brand new. Not only did Ramiro and his team completely refresh the shower but went over and above everything and also did the tile on the floor and the cabinet fronts! I cannot praise this company enough.

Our house was built over 30 years ago and we are the original owners. The master bathroom was built to our specs and we selected attractive and unusual tiles for the master bathroom. When 3 tiles around the bath became loose, it was apparent that water had seeped through the grouting and had damaged the underlying wall. We called several companies but most were unwilling to fix the bathroom as they were concerned about breakage or damage to tiles that could not be replaced. Ramiro, however, clearly knew how to fix the problem and promised to do a very through and careful job. We had to wait several weeks for Ramiro to start the project but I am so glad we waited! He and a partner worked solidly for one day and Ramiro alone worked the second day. The job was done meticulously and beautifully with the damaged backing wall replaced, tiles reinstalled and new grouting applied (including the step up to the bath for no extra charge). The bathroom looks as good now as the day we moved into the house and we are very grateful for the hard work and dedication to detail. I found Ramiro to be highly professional, knowledgeable and personable and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Wow! Amazing! When I first called Ramiro, I said I needed the grout in my shower replaced. He said that if there were no major cracks or holes, he could clean it. I read the reviews of others and figured I'd give it a try, but I was still afraid that when he actually got here to look at it, he'd tell me that it couldn't be done and that it would have to be replaced (because it was REALLY bad), but he came and said it would be no problem. And it wasn't. I'm sort of in shock at how clean and perfect my bathroom looks now - it didn't look anywhere near this great when I moved in. Ramiro and his partner arrived at 9:30 and were done at 3:45. They cleaned EVERYTHING and did so much more than I expected. They repaired a big hole in the wall caused by water damage, cleaned the floor grout, and patched some cracks in the floor tile. They were cheery and friendly and perfect. I am so happy that I chose them for this job.

Ramiro was awesome. To get the job scheduled he returned calls promptly and answered every question. Since my shower was really small he suggested some added work to get my moneys worth as he has a minimum charge like most tradesmen. He was running a few minutes late in the morning and like a professional he let me know. He did an amazing job and the shower looks better than the day I took ownership of the house. He also had some extra time and did the sink area as well. Thanks so much !

These guys are amazing. I called to get my grout cleaned on Saturday. I needed service fast and Tigro was able to service me by Thursday. The owner is personable and a pleasure to deal with. I will for sure use Tigro again. a refreshing change from the run of the mill contractor.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Ramiro was short a helping hand (his partner was unable to show up) but still managed to complete BOTH washrooms in ONE day! It was definitely an amazing feat! He went ABOVE and BEYOND, he cleaned and restored my bathtubs, cleaned around the toilets and basically REFRESHED both washrooms. I highly recommend him if you need to give your washroom a good update or definitely prior to selling!

TiGro Restoration (Ramiro and Sapan) did an excellent job cleaning, re-grouting and fixing cracked tiles in my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. The work was completed in 2 days - on time and on budget!! They worked efficiently and left the rooms very clean with little or no debris. The floors look brand new and the new epoxy grout will not stain or chip!! They did an amazing job finishing the areas where the hardwood meets the tiles. The restoration has transformed these three rooms and given them a clean, fresh look as I changed the grout colour to blend in better with the tile. I would recommend Ramiro and his team to anyone looking for courteous, professional work and great attention to detail.
