Ramiro did an amazing job on my marble shower. The black and pink mould is gone. It looks brand new. He is neat , cleans up after his work and is so professional. He also took time to explain how to care for the natural stone. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Worth every penny

Bathroom tiles were popping. My contractors did not do the greatest job so I called tigro, the review looked good. Ramiro came, gave me and estimate, very reasonable, to re-grout, and inject a special pliable glue. The work was done very meticulously and it was a great job. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to call Ramiro for any tile work.

This week, in one day, Ramiro and Ronald transformed the look of our master bathroom from a worn, tired one into one which appears brand new! The tiles and grouting of the tub walls and the floor are fresh and flawlessly white, just the way we wanted them to be. Ramiro and Ronald came to my house yesterday to complete grout repair and cleaning in two of my bathrooms and in my kitchen. The work was professional, efficient and amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again if required. I didn't know I could be so excited about grout.

We were extremely impressed with Ramiro’s work on our 24-year old shower stall. Although he had not promised any miracles, the stall now literally looks like new. I could not be there to follow the work, but I was amazed when I returned. Everything was completely clean and tidy, no leftovers, no signs that a crew had worked there at all – except for a great looking shower stall! He told me later that hidden problems emerged during the cleanup. In response, Ramiro just took the best option to make the shower stall look as good as possible. To me that’s simply the mark of people that take pride in their work and in their reputation. So I am happy to add my testimonial to bolster that reputation. Punctual, meticulous, tidy. We bought our place in 2010 (built in 2008); every now and then we'd see shoddy workmanship throughout the house. The latest is a leakage through the celing directly below our ensuite bathroom. We had plumbers check it out and they recommended to have our shower regrouted. With extensive research we decided to go with Tigro to do the job. The result? Top notch from the moment they went through our door until they left. This is the first time we saw our bathroom this clean. It is practically gleaming!!! We're still waiting for the grout to completely cure for us to use the shower again but right now we're still appreciating how good Ramiro and Ronald's restoration was.

Wow! Our bathroom sparkles! Ramiro and Ronald did a spectacular job. In one day they regrouted and resealed the tub/shower so it looks like new. Ramiro suggested a bathroom fan as the window is way too small for the humidity. Thank you Ramiro!
