Ramiro is a great find! He did a wonderful job repairing our shower after many had come to try before him! We have had ongoing issues with mold build up, grout issues and silicone darkening. Ramiro placed an epoxy instead and protected the glass as well. We look forward to many years ahead of a clean, safe shower.

Ramiro did an amazing job cleaning our shower walls and floor. He was able to fix broken grout and use epoxy to seal gaps in shower floor corners as a sealant. His expertise and knowledge especially with epoxy is very useful. Thank you!

Ramiro did a great job at diagnosing the source of my shower leak nightmare and repairing the issue. In doing so, he completely removed the shower unit, repaired a crack in the grout and restored everything to it’s (better than) original condition. I highly recommend Ramiro - to boot he’s a great guy!

I can't rave enough what an amazing job Ramiro did restoring my terracotta tiles. They grout was absolutley black and now back to their original light grey colour. It has given my home a whole new look. Ramiro is 100% thorough. Everything was beautifully clean when he left. Honestly, you could serve dinner off these floors. His expertise was exceptional. We thought that we were going to have to rip out our 12 year old shower and start over - it was discouloured and full of mold - Ramiro laboured for 9 hours - scraping years of guck off of each tile by hand - our shower now looks like it did the day it was installed - unbelievable! Prior to starting the work, Tigros Tile Grout Restoration described in detail the work that would be performed and the approximate time that was required (based on the square footage). They arrived on time, performed their work and cleaned-up as well. They also walked me through the entire job to make sure that I was 100% satisfied.

We are delighted with the professional repair of over 450 square feet of main floor tile grout. Our kitchen, hall, powder room and laundry room tile was in excellent condition but the cracked and dirty grout made the floors look terrible. Ramiro cleaned the tile so it looks like new. The old grout was removed and replaced with new epoxy grout. We will never have any more cracked grout. Ramiro also removed and replaced 2 broken tiles and 2 cracked marble thresholds. It truly looks like we have new floors. The cost to remove the tile would have been more than the entire restoration. I could not be happier and highly recommend Ramiro. He will do an amazing job for you.
