Ramiro did an amazing job. Our shower was 15 years old and looking every bit its' age. He completely restored it and made it looked new. When he finished he took the time to completely clean up, explained what he did and how to keep it clean and take care of it. I was impressed with his professional and diligence to detail. Ramiro did an amazing job. He restored my shower and made it look brand new and offered many tips on how to maintain it going foreword. He took his time to explain exactly what he was going to do and how each problem started. He also repaired a cracked tile in my kitchen. Our glass shower with large tiles and lots of grout had mould and built up soap scum which was impossible to get clean. Tigro Tile in one day restored it to like new and removed the old caulking replacing with a hard sand filler which is easy to clean and looks great. The glass became crystal clear, tiles like new and grout white and like new again. Amazing job. We are so happy with our back to new clean shower.

We had our main floor tiles renovated 6 years ago. We had large porcelain tiles put in. Over the years, the grout started cracking and the tiles always made a cracking sound when we stepped on them (kind of scary. I found Ramiro through a Google search. I sent him pics and he was quick to give me a quote, details on the new grout he'd use and without a visit he said to be rest assured the tiles will be fixed. He was the only one to mention his insurance and a really long detailed PDF on a really high-end epoxy grout. He did such an amazing job! The flooring looks brand new! He was so quick and clean. He even taped up all the furniture and minimized the dust on the furniture. He even replaced two broken tiles. He is so professional, quick and clean. Unbelievable! He's even mentioned in the Globe And Mail. He is extremely professional and I don't think you'll find someone as experienced as him. Highly recommended!!!!

Ramiro did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do. From the first phone call Ramiro always let me know when he would be coming to quote and when and how long the job would take. This man has been around!! He knows his stuff. Our 1000 sq feet of porcelain slabs are 40 inch X 20 inch and they are 8 years old. They have never been this clean, even when new. In addition to knowing his stuff, Ramiro was extremely personable and easy to deal with. He even took the time to explain how to maintain our floor after he was done. I would recommend Tigro to anyone!!
