The company cut L-shaped slabs of granite so the countertop was installed without any seams. I asked for a mitred 1 1/2 edge (not easily done in granite) and the results are beautiful. The installation team were outstanding. Our kitchen is in the lower level of a Victorian house (originally the basement) and it looked as if the longest slab of material wasn't going to quite fit down the stairs and around a corner. Instead, a whole team of four additional workers were called out at the last minute and they lowered this huge slab of granite (more than 300 lbs) over a balcony railing so that it could be brought into the kitchen without cutting it and introducing a seam. Absolutely outstanding service and creative problem solving. The final result in Valley White granite looks stunning.

We replaced our laminate counters with quartz and our sink and faucet in October 2014. Toronto Granite provided the counters and installed them. Their service was excellent. They had a wide selection of materials and brands to choose from. Their installers were late to arrive, but still finished the job the same day, clean up afterwards and were very careful and professional. We're thrilled with how the new counters look.

I was shopping around for a new granite countertop, and found toronto granite , I called and Mark came out right away and gave me an estimate , he also met me at there show room and showed me all there samples and also some very large slabs, they even have a large selection of sinks to choose from as well . Mark went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted, and it is beautiful ! The installation was fast , the employees were very nice and professional . The true test of a contractor is how they deal with their mistakes. We went with Toronto Granite because they were well priced, great reviews and their fabrication shop is impressive. The installer mistakenly put an ager on our quartz Caesarstone top and did not wipe it off. The ager made the surface of the counter cloudy and left permenant streaks on it. Toronto Granite came in a couple times to try and remedy the issue without success. They then replaced the entire counter top at their expense. They managed to remove the old counter and replace it without damaging the new backsplash tiles, re-attached the sink without a mark and did not mess up our custom sprayed cabinets. Very impressive. No contractor is perfect but how they fix a mistake is a true measurement of their professionalism. I would recommend them if you want a job done right and they will stand behind their work as they demonstrated.

Mark was wonderful and very pleasant to deal with; he took all the measurements with care. Afterward I found out that actually he was the owner of Toronto Granite. The measurements were perfect and the granites were beautiful. Most of the employees were young and very pleasant; the only disappointment was their lack of genuine intention to carry out a good job. I dealt with the staff directly and did not want to trouble Mark constantly. But the staff came many times to patch up mistakes and eventually a disjointed backsplash was left unattended. I contacted Mark and the staff immediately came back and the backsplash was fixed.

After reading a lot of positive reviews on TorontoGranite, almost immediately i felt this is the place to do my kitchen counter top. The workmanship and quality of work as excellent. Mark came to do the measurements and gave me couple advice on how to do certain things and Stipo came to do the installation. I was suprised how quick the installation took (literally 1 hour) and they were just great people and ON TIME. There was a minor gap after the installation of the countertop as it didn't flush towards the wall, but they were quick to fix it. The only disappointment i had was Vlad from the store. He seemed like a nice person however the service he provided or the help he provided was less than mediocre and at times came across as rude. He expected me to figure what slab size to choose for my kitchen inspite of sharing the measurements and i replied, you are the expert. We visited the store 3 times prior to deciding to go ahead and all three times i felt the same. Once again, the only reason i continued going with Toronto Granite was the amazing reviews i read and not the poor service i received at the store. I am extremely happy with them, and will definitely choose them again.

We are extremely pleased with our recent purchases from TorontoGranite.com. We visited their location in Mississauga because of their high ratings and we got to learn first hand why their customers are so happy. We were in need of a threshold for a bathroom shower and after Vlatko greeted us in the showroom, Mark helped us in the warehouse to find the perfect slab and then he had our piece cut precisely to the measurements we provided. Both men were polite, friendly and courteous. This great service encouraged us to purchase a counter top for a basement bar from them as well. Mark came out to our house to measure for this counter and once installed, it fit perfectly into its' space - it's gorgeous and we are thrilled! Overall their selection is amazing with huge, beautiful granite slabs to choose from as well as off cuts that are great for smaller projects. The folks working there are professional and helpful, their prices are fantastic and the installation crew was wonderful. Every one of my phone calls was answered and every email I sent was replied to promptly. All effort was made to accommodate our needs and the entire process from selection to installation was pleasant and easy. We will be updating bathroom and laundry counter tops in the near future and TorontoGranite.com is where we will shop.

We hired Toronto Granite to cut and install a Quartz vanity top for us. They were punctual and very fast. The price was reasonable and never changed. There were no surprises. Any issues I had with the install (minor) were addressed promptly and without argument. I will use them again.

We selected Toronto Granite based on Home Stars reviews. We were delighted with their work. It was very professional, well organized and went as planned. Many thanks to Vlad for his extensive help in the showroom selecting the quartz countertops, which was great. And to Mark who came out to our house and made the exact measurements. And to Stipo and Dino who installed the countertops, measured for the backsplashes and then came back again to install them. We would happily purchase from Toronto Granite again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Vlatko and his crew measured and installed a complicated marble island & countertop in our Cabbagetown semi. They measured accurately in our old house. Honed (rather than polished) marble is impossible to find in Toronto, so they took a polished slab and honed it to our taste. As you can see in the photo, the right angle waterfall was done professionally and cleanly. I did have to ask them to come back twice, but they complied and kept working at it until I was happy. Vlatko was very professional to deal with for the entire experience. They also made a small vanity top what we're also happy with. These guys are pros. Photos attached.
