We had a previous contractor perform a horrible reno on our onsuite bathroom last year and the shower started leaking - right through to the living room below. Wojtech and his team did a fantastic job of gutting the bathroom and remodelling exactly as requested as well as fixing the ceiling in the living room. We encountered some additional structural problems due to the terrible job done by our first contractor (hope there's a special place in hell for that guy). Wojtech fixed it all without extending our schedule and with minimal additional cost. All work was done extremely professionally and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend their work and will definitely use Protek for any further projects that may come up.

Cameron and team were quick to provide a competitive quote and get to work on my small bathroom renovation. There was clear communication the entire time, care in the work they did, and a lot of flexibility in dealing with the hiccups and curve balls of working a condo project. I would highly recommend their team as they not only delivered on the work as described in our quote, but went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the outcome! I will be using Nulook for future projects and have recommended them directly to friends as well.

The existing hole in my granite countertop was too small for the new sink. These guys figured out exactly what was needed to fit it, measured and cut a wider hole to accommodate the replacement sink. They took the time to cover everything and even though it was a very difficult and messy job, having them do the cutting was totally worth it. They made sure I was happy with the job. Would definitely recommend them.

During the execution of the project, every team member who entered our premises exhibited courtesy, maintained open communication regarding progress, and strived for impeccable results. A recurring question posed to us was "are you happy?", ensuring our satisfaction as the work advanced. Given the exceptional quality of their work, I engaged them for an additional project we had been considering. The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. We now have to hire another contractor to finish the renovation which is going to cost us more money and time.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Matrix Renovations. They demolished an old cast iron tub which was embedded in the concrete walls. The tub replacement, new plumbing fixtures, wall repair and tiling were done in a very timely matter at a fair price. Their workmanship and attention to detail created a seamless transition from the renovation to the existing bathroom. They were excellent at communicating the scope and status of the renovation. Highly recommend!
