Imagine building a new home, and the painter misses parts of walls, moldings (bare wood still exposed), drips paint on appliances, floors, walls, tiles, vanities, doors, light fixtures, and even leaves a dirty paint pail in the new sink. Also uses wrong grade of paint and uses the same on the trim as the walls! He comes back three times to try and correct the work but doesn't. He then disappears and unfortunately was then paid in full by the absentee general contractor. Other painters came to give quotes and were shocked by the sloppy work. My wife is now preparing to take the painter and general contractor all to court.
