When licensed plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work is needed, we coordinate it through our network so it’s handled properly and to code. You still deal with one point of contact, but without paying a general contractor premium, coordination fee, or added admin layer. If a licensed trade is required, it’s discussed clearly up front so there are no surprises. Fix-It-or-Forget-It™ Assessment While we’re already on site, many clients choose to have us do a quick walkthrough of the property. This is a practical, surface-level assessment—not a formal home inspection—designed to help you understand what’s worth fixing now, what can wait, what’s cosmetic, and what isn’t worth spending money on. I am an electrician of 11 years, and an Interprovincial Redseal electrician for 7 of those years.
