I am meticulous about my work, especially when doing it for someone else! I guarantee my work and do not except final payment until client is satisfied with the completion of the job! I do require 40% at the signing of contract, as that is how I purchase supplies to do the job. Once purchased the supplies are your property as stated in contract that will be signed and dated by both parties!
