They are the best! Their expertise, technical knowledge, quality and communication are excellent. I worked with them for mold inspection and air quality testing. I got in a contact with a lot of other companies before to get some quotes but none of them sounded as convincing as Inch by Inch inspection. Tony sent me the quotes on time and spent almost half an hour on the phone to explain me the process, what they will do, which equipments they will use..etc. As an engineer, this was so important to me. Also, while Tony was doing the inspection he made sure he is checking every single point on the walls, floors and ceiling in order not to miss any potential issue. My furnace gave up the ghost, and I had to scramble for replacement in the middle of a cold snap. I selected HVAC Ontario since they were available at a reasonable price. The following morning, they showed up on time and immediately went to work replacing the furnace. They even added a neutral wire to my smart thermostat (Google Nest) only at part's price. This fixed some of the flakiness issue that I've been having with the thermostat. Superb friendly, fast, efficient, and all around great guys.
