    We are very grateful to MMT and his guys for waterproofing the walls and ceiling of our cellar. Mario is very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. He is the only one that told us we didn’t need a sump pump for OUR problem. The mere fact that the City would not give us a rebate for the sump pump, meant that we didn’t need it. It would have been a waste of money. Thank you Mario for your accurate estimation and job well done. We received several quotes and MMT’s was very reasonable. The guys even helped lift the tall storage shelves out of the cellar and put it back after completion of the job. They also removed all the rubble and left the place tidy.
