I noticed water coming into my fireplace during a heavy rain and called A1 Chimney to come investigate. Jacob, the service man, told me that everything looked completely normal and there no work needed. He explained that it could have been the angle of the rain or wind. He didnt try to sell me on a cleaning or any superfluous work, and to top it off, didnt charge me for the visit. I sincerely appreciate Jacobs honesty.

I had a chimney inspection and cleaning done. The service person was courteous, knowledgeable and was on time. Very pleased with the service and would hire them again.
