I've done my own toilet installations, but this job was beyond my expertise. The plumber Aman explained each step as he worked on the job and it was obvious that getting a professional was definitely the right call. Aman was quick and professional. The work area was neat and clean at the end of the job. Plumbing jobs are tricky at the best of times. A badly done sewage job can be a disaster. This was money well spent!

Very Friendly and transsparent with no pushy sales tactics. From the representitive I spoke with to the serivice tecinicans everyone was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would highly reccommend this company.

I was in a bit of a jam and called Adavnced on a recommendation. They came to visit the property within days of my panicked phone call. They assessed the situation, gave me very good advice. I did my due diligence and did some homework and immediately call them back to come in to rectify the problem. All visits were on time as scheduled, with updates and a photo of who would be coming to the house to do the work. Both Ian & his co-worker arrived on time as scheduled ready to work. Kept me informed as they went along. Both gentlemen work respectful, knowledgable, friendly and worked neatly and tidied up when it was all done. I had to leave a little earlier and felt more than comfortable to leave them to lock up the house. Very trustworthy. Absolutely would recommend to all who ask.

Aman came in very friendly and checked out a few issues I was having. He explained everything to me in detail and replaced the cartridge in the shower, which I what I had originally called Advanced Plumbing for. I have already and definitely will continue to recommend this company.

George was prompt, friendly, efficient, and patient with my questions. It is a pleasure dealing with this company, including George.

The employee fixing our pipes was very personable, clean, polite and knowledgable. It was refreshing to have such a nice young person doing the work.

Our hot water heater burst and started to leak one morning as I was getting read for work! I called Advanced Plumbing left a message and received a call back very quickly. They were able to install the new water heater that day, took the old one (still half full!) and left the area exactly they way they found it and with hot water! They were professional, courteous and respectful!

Great service, tech very knowledgeable. Resolved immediate concern. Proposal pending for repair. Very pleased so far.
